Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Central Saanich

Listening is not their strong suit. I ordered a pizza and expected it to be delivered. After 40 minutes they call me to say my pizza is sitting there ready for pick up. I never even mentioned it was for pick up. So they attempt to fight me on what they THOUGHT they heard. Then proceeded to charge me more for delivery after their own mistake of not listening. So I would have received a cold pizza that has been sitting on a shelf for at least 20-25 min, for more than what they quoted me.

Not to mention their idea of toppings is so non existent sometimes I get pizzas that look like they just painted it with sauce. A disgrace to the pizza hut name, and to the business itself.

This is the final straw for me. I have had so many issues with how they do business and ripping people off with little to no topping pizza, and sometimes half raw crust. My family had already moved on to villages across the street because they also hate how the pizza is made at this pizza hut location. I gave them the benefit of the doubt but I should have also moved to a different pizza place.

Don't eat here if you value your money. Support the local guys instead. At least they care about what they feed you. This place is not worth the time and effort.

I am new to BC and have ordered here a few times. The first time was great. The second time a couple of weeks ago, my food was saying delivered on the site but was not here. I called and was told the system was down and it would be here in 10 minutes. I was very respectful and understanding.

Today I ordered and it was scheduled to arrive between 2:25-2:35. It’s now 2:59 and it’s not here. I ordered over an hour ago. I called and was told very rudely that it will be here in 10 minutes and that it takes up to 45 minutes to arrive. I explained it’s been over an hour and she rudely said ya ya and hung up on me. It’s the most horrible customer service from this business. It’s a Monday afternoon and not a busy time. There is an app that gives a delivery time and that should be honoured. When your customers food is beyond late, you cannot just be rude to them like your error is their fault. I will be contacting someone from corporate regarding...

I've given pizza hut far to many chances, I give up! It's always salty, over priced, it always arrives like it was thrown in the box last minute and the management is unwilling to compensate or admit to any issues from customers I am done with pizza hut forever now. If you are close to Sidney I recommend Mariners Pizza had it on Friday and it's really opened my eyes to how pizza should be. Do not buy from here!

Edit: today is the 8th of June 2019. After ordering the chicken Alfredo pasta and a medium cheese lovers stuffed crust, they have won me back. I am upping my rating to 4 stars.
