This used to be our favourite little cafe to visit, the food was amazing the staff was super friendly but I experienced absolutely none of that today, I realize that you changed ownership a month ago but we will never ever be back. The hash browns were caked in grease and some of the nastiest ones I’ve ever had, my bagel BELT came eggless for some reason?? I had to get them to fix it but how do you mess something up with 4 ingredients they’re all literally in the name… and the ingredients that were on it was an inch thick tomato gross and not enough lettuce that it was only on half the sandwich. This was a disaster to say the least, when you charge $10 for a bagel sandwich that I could have gotten at McDonald’s for half the price and would’ve tasted and looked better this is really sad. We will just have to look elsewhere for our next favourite cafe. Good luck on your ownership as you need to seriously look at your quality control and do so much better if you hope to keep customers...
