New Orleans Pizza — Restaurant in Centre Wellington

I gave it a chance and regretted it… serves me right, I guess. I don’t recommend this pizza shop. First & last time, I won’t be buying from here.

I’ve always been reluctant in trying New Orleans pizza in Elora because the outside of the store just does not look appealing at all. I think they went through a renovation or a “facelift”. But today I decided to finally give it a try.

I immediately felt uneasy approaching to order. The inside looks dingy. If there’s a “landlord special” for a business, this would be it. The seating area is plain and boring looking. The case display for the pizza was in the corner. It was hard for me to see what the choices were. It did not look appetizing, also limited selection. I didn’t like that I couldn’t see into the kitchen just like other pizza shops. This gives customers the assurance by seeing how their food is being handled, if safe sanitary practices are followed, and to create trust and transparency. Extremely Unpleasant Experience – Would NOT Recommend

I had a very disappointing experience at New Orleans Pizza. The manager was unbelievably rude and intrusive – not only did he talk nonstop, but he also kept asking personal questions that made me extremely uncomfortable. It felt like I couldn’t just place my order and leave in peace.

The atmosphere was chaotic and loud, making it hard to even think straight, and to make matters worse, the air conditioning wasn’t working, which made the entire place stuffy and unbearable. Hygiene was clearly not a priority – the tables were sticky, and the floors looked like they hadn’t been cleaned all day.

Overall, this was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had. Poor service, bad environment, and no respect for customer boundaries. I definitely won’t be returning, and I don’t recommend this...

Went there at around 4:30 today (Saturday July 9) for a couple slices of pizza and a pop, asked the girl who was working there if they had any pepperoni slices ,she said there was ONE , we wanted to order 2 she said they would not make an entire pizza for one slice , they needed to sell all the plain cheese slices before they made another pizza , so we reluctantly took one pepperoni and one plain cheese slice , this pizza was OLD it tasted like it had been sitting there for DAYS! It was stale and tasted rotten even, they were ignorant and rude about making a pizza for slices but just fine with serving old pizza?! Place is also filthy and the delivery driver was rude. Go anywhere but here for pizza , they dont want your money and they dont want...
