This place is wonderful! It's a hidden gem in chateauguay. We had the full course menu, but it doesn't include any desserts. The pad Thai is very yummy and full of fresh vegetables. The meat platter is flavorful although not always consistent. The second time we went, the meat wasn't as well-seasoned as the time before . Same with the pad Thai. The lotus soup is subtle yet savory. The hot and sour soup is nice and thick but has a white base. It needed some more "hot" in it so I added hot sauce. You can tell the quality of an asian restaurant by how their spring rolls look and taste and this place has delicious home made spring rolls. They are very tasty and just looking at the stuffing you know they've taken the time to do them right. The general tao chicken is also very tasteful, so is the pad thai. This is by far the best asian place in the area. The restaurant isn't very big but we showed up a party of 4 at 6pm on a Saturday and we were able to find a spot. The staff are not honest people. They tried to charge us more then we order. When we told then they made a mistake they got very aggressive saying we didn’t pay one bill when it was obvious everything was paid. They were arguing and raising their voice. We spent 25 minutes explaining that full bill was paid. At the end they realized their mistake and told us to leave without apologizing. Very rude, unprofessional and incompetent.
