Bonté Divine — Restaurant in Chambly

After carefully searching through the many options available in old Chambly for a good Saturday Brunch, I chose Bonté Divine as I fell in love with the menu description I found online. However, neither the presentation nor the taste of the food were what I expected. I found a 'cortado' coffee with too much milk, served in a glass and a little cold, a Poutine without much grace, with hard beef and greasy potatoes and some somewhat chewy crepes. I wasn't the only one of my family and friends (7 total) who didn't enjoy the food. Maybe the lunches and dinners are better, but I will not repeat breakfast at Bonté Divine.

In addition, it is difficult to have the view over the river that is shown in the photos published on Google maps, in reality one is located much further away and with a view of other buildings in the middle.

It is a unique restaurant's location and ambiance with a nice view on the river, the issue was about food, we ordered two plates, one was pretty decent but the other one was horrible, specifically the one with crepe...it came bland and very thick...i could mot even eat it and when the waiter asked me if i like my plate i informed with my remarks, she went to ask the chef then came to tell me that is how we make it..innacceptable ! She did not even offer to change it...I left hungry and paid for a dish that I did not eat....the two stars only for a good latte, my husband coffee was ...

Went for brunch for my first time to this little bistro. The view on the upstairs terrace is beautiful but this was unfortunately the best part of the experience. Food was just ok at best. My husband ordered the crepes with a side of fruits. When we got the crepes they were soacked in the juice from the fruits, super watery. Was not very appetizing. We complained to the waitress who didn't do anything about the situation. Left unsatisfied and disappointed,...
