Alexandra's Pizza Charlottetown — Restaurant in Charlottetown

Had a very bad experience at Alexandria’s. I ordered a pizza, a garlic fingers, and 6 donair egg rolls. After waiting for over 45 minutes and seeing folks that ordered after me receiving their food; I went up and inquired as to why my food was taking so long. It turns out they gave my food away to someone else. I asked them how this was possible and they said they had called my name many times. However I was near the cash and did not hear my name called once. They argued with me as though it was somehow my fault. I asked them how they want to fix it and they told me they could try to remake it. I asked if there was anything they could do to make up for the mistake and they laughed in my face and told me they could offer me extra donair sauce. This was quite insulting and I decided to just get a refund at this point. I had to argue with them for several minutes just to get a refund for my meal (which they gave away). They deserve zero in hospitality, food service and customer treatment. Shows no respect and gives attitude to their customers. We ordered medium pizza they made it super spicy. Did not confirm how much spicy we expect. I asked for fork and knife. Receptionist did not paid attention at all. We waited for 5 minutes but receptionist didn't pay any had no attention that customer are waiting. When we say excuse She said can you come here she showed attitude i am not free you can come to the reception and she is busy in gossiping with colleagues and last thing i want to say she doesn't know how to feel sorry.
