BeaverTails- Queues de Castor (Charlottetown) — Restaurant in Charlottetown

The staff ignored my husband for several minutes while the supervisor explained how to do things on the cash register. They knew he was there but ignored him. After finally ordering, the cook was extremely slow. It took him at least five minutes to make one beaver tail before finally getting my husband’s hotdog cooking. They did not give out numbers, take names or advise how long the wait would be. When I went in a few minutes later for ice cream, I was also ignored for a good two minutes even though no one actually appeared to be working. Three staff members looked at me and did not approach me. When the staff finally offered to help, she had no idea what was in the various ice cream flavours. Sorry, very long review but I had to share the worst customer service experience I’ve had in my 60 years...

I don't like leaving poor ratings but my experience at Beavertails today was atrocious. There was three young people working and the one who took my order was short and kept walking away and rolling her eyes. Then the one who gave me my order gave me the wrong order, and I just didn't feel like bothering them anymore then i had and i left. Bananas and hazelnut spread is not a hard order when it's the only order, however what i got was still delicious and I've never gotten a bad order other then missing items this one time so hopefully...

You may be in for a wait but it's worth it. We got the Tripple Trip, which was sweet and goes yet the tail itself was crunchy, over all a 8/10 for me. I found it a bit too sweet but not so much I didn't eat it all! We also got the Strawberry Cheese cake and this one got a 10/10 for me! Loved the flavor and it was significantly lighter than the Tripple Trip! Both were well worth it.

Also tried the Beaver Dog and it was great! The dough and the dog mesh well and the dog was plump and juicy!
