I wish i could give 0 stars, instead of the 1.
Ordered food for take out on a call. 2 x Shish tawook plates. Got home, and the plate had no rice in it (as advertised on the website. So I called in, mentioning the same, the guy who picked up said we don't do rice anymore in the plates. I mentioned it says you do on the website, the guy says well we haven't updated the website yet. Then "manager" pops on the call and starts saying " buddy did you check the app? It doesn't say so on the app and you never asked for it at the counter.
Great customer service by putting the blame for a non updated menu on the website on the customer? Do I work there? No Is it my responsibility to cross reference the menu on the website and the app? No
So maybe train your employees on how to work in a customer service sector AND how to take accountability instead of blaming the customer. Unless you need me as a customer to stand in the parking lot of your establishment with a sign mentioning the website is not updated. Please confirm what's on the menu is what we serve? Lol
And yes, I did raise my voice after being blamed for not doing the due diligence that should have been done by your business. That's because your "manager" kept on saying "buddy did you check the app? Buddy did you ask at the counter? Oh that missed me off.
The whole order was brought back, again I was asked to show them the website. Why didn't they look it up as employees of your business? Again trying to blame me as a customer who walks in to just get food.
Worst experience i have had at any restaraunts on the island. Would never be returning if this is how you guys train your employees and "managers".

Read moreI only ever order delivery, and I've never tried their pizza, but I have a positive opinion of the rest of the menu. When the delivery person arrives, they always give you a call to let you know- helpful for me because I live in a dorm. Just note that the number they call from isn't a 902 number, don't mistake it for a scam caller when it rings. Delivery times are not accurate to the ETA, I find they deliver sooner than you expect on average. The accuracy of your order depends on what it is you ordered. They never mix up sauces or drinks, but mess up vegetable toppings often. They have a tendency to include onions when you didn't ask for any, or even if you specified you didn't want onions. They do it with other veggies too, but onions are especially frustrating as they leave a taste behind even when you pick them off. As for the food itself: like I stated before, I've never had their pizza. The nachos, donairs, donair egg rolls, mozza sticks, quesadillas, fish sticks, burgers, and poutine are all great. The ones that in my opinion beat the competition in regards to delivery are the chicken burger, 10 pc fish stick special, and the poutine.
I would rate Dino's 5 stars, but the vegetable topping mix-ups are too...
Read moreI use to order at least 4-5 days a week and repeatedly was DISAPPOINTED with the food they delivered. I spent my $100.00 a week elsewhere, until today because a friend ordered from there a few days ago and it was AMAZING! So I ordered today from Dino’s hoping I would get the same amazing food again. NOT SO ALL I REQUESTED WAS MINIMAL AND CALLED TO MAKE SURE I GOT WHAT I ORDERED, DIDNT HAPPEN! I called to remind them that when a customer doesn’t get what they ordered I WILL NOT CALL AGAIN! SO DISAPPOINTED I SPENT MY HARD EARNED MONEY ON A BUSINESS THAT DOESNT CARE WHAT YOU ORDERED AND WILL SEND YOU WHAT EVER THEY HAVE INSTEAD OF WHAT YOU WANT! YOU WONT GET ANOTHER DIME OF MY HARD EARNED...
