If food is fuel, this is the cleanest most nutrient-filled gift of food. And the food and location are both really beautiful. Bright VERY green space (at the back of a Subway Sangwiches!?) with main level public washrooms (hello stroller parents looking for healthy food). See my pictures. If you need some healthy options but will not compromise on flavour, ingredients but need something on the go and not crazy expensive. This is your option. Very warm, kind staff. It was a cold day and I had a bowl of maybe the BEST Butternut Squash soup ever.

I quite enjoyed their breakfast burrito which had avocado and black beans in it, added cheese to it as well. I found that one lady working there seemed to be in a hurry as she had interrupted me three times when I tried giving her my order for one reason or another, there was a lot of miscommunication because of it and I couldn't tell if she knew what my order was due to the amount of times I had to start over and just told me to pay. Otherwise, I had a pretty decent experience and I know miscommunication happens all the time.

It was my first time to try the wraps from their menu and it exceeded my expectations! Each bite was bursting with flavors. It showcases their commitment to fresh, local ingredients. I also ordered Iced vanilla oat milk latte and it was a refreshing treat, perfectly balanced with just the right amount of oat milk. The hint of sweetness was subtle, enhancing rather than overpowering the coffee. Thank you Shaira for making my iced latte! I’ll definitely be ordering again!

I love on occasion a good breakfast item. I've tried the rest. I've had some good ones too. This place has a great all day breakfast sandwich. That's all get. Everything else is to healthy for me. I get the breakfast sandwich with out the cabbage stuff and light on the sauce so it's not at messy. I'm not complaining. You can get it on a bagel or English muffin. I haven't tried the bagel. The staff is awesome. I get this sandwich at least once a week. It's very yummy but it's a very welcome change from the plain old favorites. I have a mailbox downtown so I get the sandwich everytime I check the mail. That's how it works. The staff probably place bets on what day...

I read about this place on CBC and the understanding I had was that it was sort of a healthy alternative to fast food. It was good tasting and seemed healthy. We ordered the fiesta wrap and the chicken curry bowl. $13 and $19.95 respectively plus tax. That's a lot for fast food!!! Most people can't afford that. My husband and I shared these 2 items and we weren't really filled up. You want to be filled up after spending $33 plus tax on lunch! Full disclosure, we ate in Halifax but I'm assuming since it's a chain that the portions should be the same at each location. Reviewing in Charlottetown since I live in...

Very expensive. Been there twice.

First time order took a very long time (was a breakfast burrito).

Second time I ordered just a Bacon Egg and Cheese. Over 30 minutes passed with no order. So I asked the staff where my order was. They had no clue.

I had to wait another very long time to get the sandwich. What rubbed me wrong was just the staffs reaction- they didn’t really seem to care. No “sorry” or offer to compensate or add something free (which typically happens in other places if they screw up).

Will not be there again simply because of how expensive it is and how insanely long...
