After a not so good experience last week, Maggie the general manager stepped in and rectified the issue. It's nice when a company's GM gets involved, but it shouldnt have to reach to that level. GM was great in handling the situation!! Let's hope the feedback will follow to the appropriate channels on a daily basis to allow your buisness to thrive. Our food was delicious the 2nd time around, the guy read the GM's note to me "Make it perfect and no where near onions"... this should not have to be left as a note, that is the level you want to hold yourselves as a business and as a team everyday, with every order and that is how you will remain successful :l Send it out perfect always! Raw food is dangerous, as is cross contamination for those with allergies, those are not "picky" things to complain about, those are things that can affect someone's health!.

Read moreI went to have a dinner with my family and we had a terrible night! We had to ask for a kids menu, we asked twice for crayons that we never received. After ordering we had to wait for 1hour to receive our food. Our starters unfortunately didn’t come as a starter but arrived with our main course. Despite the long waiting time my wife found in her pasta salad a long black hair that unfortunately she noticed when it was in her mouth and almost got sick at the table. Waiter forgot what we ordered and continually returned forgetting things and asking again what we want. Another thing that was very disturbing and unprofessional was the dishwasher with a wet dirty apron and a baseball cap turned backwards was taking orders and serving food at the tables along with the waiters.
