When I arrived I asked for a beer , then said coors light. I was served gross tap beer. I had also asked for a glass of tomato juice and was given a small vile of tomato juice. I had asked for an extra glass but either my waiter was deaf or dumb! My wife had to get up to get the extra glass! As the wait staff was ignoring us. Then we waited for about an hour only to be served barely Luke warm food! The 2 lbs of wings I ordered were the next thing to bring cremated! I had to leave a lot of the meat on the bones as I couldn’t get it off they were that burnt! I was not about to wait another hour to get more wings. My wife had to get up and ask for silverware and napkins after they had plopped the food on the table! About 10 minutes later I was after getting more of the dill dressing and made eye contact with 2 wait staff yet no one came to see what I wanted my wife had to go to the bar to get them. Before our meal had arrived I had ordered a takeout meal for our daughter. About half way though our meal the waiter came by and said it will be about 5 minutes for that take out. We got it 20 minutes later. When asked how our meal was I said fair and the waiter said that’s great.. ?????. We arrived home to nothing in the bag but the chicken strips and fries no dipping sauce no ketchup or napkins. If we were staying in a hotel then we would of been s.o.l. .

Read moreThe wings came out bloody raw and the waiter started saying it’s a thing called red bone. I said it’s not red bone, it’s blood. The manager came over and first tried to convince us it’s red bone. We told him to look at them. He wished them away immediately and tried again to say they were good. He said ok maybe they could have been cooked a tad longer. He asked if we’d like some boneless ones instead. Since my guests were taking some home to their son I said sure. When they came out, the manager acted like he was doing us a big favor and said : “Now we’ll keep the original bill, but give you these boneless ones for free!” Are you kidding? Do not use the word free. Maybe “no charge “ would sound better than free, albeit the same meaning. Any other restaurant would have offered a discount for those disgusting wings and a huge apology. I’ll never be back ever. The manager clearly needs to learn that on P.E.I., an apology would have gone a long way instead of trying to educate us...
Read moreAs expected, the place was packed. Not a seat left. Our waitress was great. Friendly and bubbly. Our food came pretty quick for how busy it was. 25 minutes maybe. The food was great. It was hot, looked great. Our only negative, was the owner which I found out later was named Nick. Don't know if he was having a bad day, or if he's always like this. In the hour we were there he never went to a single table. He just paced the floor with a scowl on his face. A few times he got mad at his staff in front of the customers. Once, I personally know, was for something they didn't even do. It was either a computer error, or the kitchens fault, not the waitress. Either way, you don't reprimand a staff member in public. I foresee a high turnover rate in staff if this person doesn't learn how to manage and gain people skills. We actually had to calm 2 staff members down that were...
