Couple times a month when I go to town I like treating myself to a sub. But I gotta say , they do not listen . The last few times I have been there, they mess the order up . I order a assorted, not toasted on whole wheat, with just tomato, salt and pepper, with a bit of honey mustard, takeout Yesterday the girl put it in the toaster. I did not want it toasted I said , so on a huff she tossed it . She then made it on white ,.........mm and toasted it again 😡. On the third a different person stepped in and got it right . Two weeks ago,I wanted a yarrow cookie . I have seen them before but never in my 67 years have I had one . When I got home I took out the food and geez 😔 they gave me a chocolate chip cookie . I was extremely disappointed, and I live 46 mins away from town. The following week I was in town,and stopped to get a sub and tell them of their blunder . They thought it was extremely funny, and offered no condolences or accepting any responsibility of the disappointment o received I did not buy a sub that day . This is one of many issues I have had with this specific restaurant. Numerous screwed up orders simply because they do not listen to their customer . Read moreHad an awful experience few days back The person making my sub told me take less veggies in ur sub I only take very few of them but u should not be telling your customers how much they should put she said i would have to clean the grill it was 2 pm in afternoon the store wasn’t closing for another 7hours And they she handed my sub to another employee to put veggie and talked to him in their own language which i understood that she asked him to put less and then i asked him for veggie In a footlong he was putting 3 tomatoes and same for other veggies common that is not how i am served at other subways and the amount of sauce they put were equal to nothing me and and my friend we had 2 footlong which cost around 25$ were tasteless i always go to subway montague they have best customer service but subway university avenue was the worst not...
Read moreMy son was in to your location this evening, he was diagnosed celiac earlier this year. He asked his server if they had gluten free bread, and then kindly asked him if he would change his gloves. He was so pleased when this server cleaned all the counters, layed paper towel on the counter to avoid contamination and proceeded to use a clean knife and covered his sandwich while toasting. My son is 12 years old and said this meant so much to him. I want to say a special thank you to this person as they really showed my son a lot of care and patience.
