Yes, "Basil" chicken "fried" rice As uncle Roger said, if your rices too wet, you f up, theres no way to save it. I can't understand why they use wet rice and try to persuade customer believes it's fried rice. Also I can hardly find a single Basil leaf inside my order, I asked them wheres my Basil at, they just simply grab some leaves and put it into my rice box, they are not sorry at all, not even an apology. I want a Basil leave chicken fried rice, not a fried rice with some leaf salads.

No drama, consistent pricing and reasonably prepared food. Edit: Down to 1 star guys - loved their product and was greeted to a huge metal ribbon in my meal. Sitting in top - the manager was no help in rectifying the situation so yeah... 1* for this place that served me something that could kill me.

Terrible experience. First complaint no on site menu, You must go on line. Strike against. Second strike, customer service was horrible. The young woman at the counter needs a lesson in customer service. We questioned what they had and were directed on line. So we took some time to research what they had. We placed our order, at No time were we told that what we ordered they did not have. Our order is called our soups were not made the way we ordered and our rolls wh0000ich were to be spring rolls came as imperial rolls which we did not order. When I brought this to the attention of the cashier she said they are spring rolls. Ok this is not my first time ordering Thai food, but was my first and last time at this place. I proceeded to explain the difference and the fact we were directed on line to order, at which time she should have said Sorry we do don't have those instead of passing off what we did not order as something else. Then she proceeded to walk away into the kitchen. My suggestion be more selective when hiring to be front line at your business. This kind of behavior does not belong in the food industry. I won't ever step foot in this establishment again, because of the behavior shown...

I've eaten at this establishment several times before and the food was good, yet the last two times the food has been unacceptable. I can understand a restaurant having a problem every once in a while, but not to this degree. I called Thai Express four times and got disconnected until my forth try. Then when I explained how the chicken in the General Thai was over fried and black the cook started yelling at me. He refused to give me his name, the managers name or the owner. I will contact Thai Express Franchise Office tomorrow, but will never eat in this establishment again. Food: Chicken deepfried to the point of no taste, black and...
