This is a valuable customer who is very frustrated right now. If you check my app i place order quite frequently from Tim Hortons and if they are willing to lose a customer after all then no problem. Day before yesterday , i ordered from Tim Hortons which was Croissant, hashbrown, and coffee. When someone orders maybe they are hungry or at work or anything else, we are supposed to get right order what we pay for. And when at work, we expect to get right thing. Once in a while i ignore because it has happened twice before and i ignored it but this time i am furious. If people working don’t know how to read order and put those items then what to say. I am paying for wrong order and they didnt even tasted good at all. The bagel worst quality. And I didn’t even order one. I am not willing to waste my money. We all work hard to earn and if we spend we expect the right thing atleast. I understand sometimes things can be out of stock, but it doesnt mean to change the whole order, instead of talking to customer if they want replacement or refund. This is a third time happened with me, and this time i am not willing to stay quiet because today i was so hungry and the whole day i had to stay like that because of all this. I am willing to take it higher and in public because i have all pictures and proof of orders i placed and what i got. Please explain the following, is it even remotely close to what I ordered? This is very very very frustrating. I got headache for staying hungry. TWO TIMES I HAVE EMAILED AND THIS IS THE KIND OF SERVICE WE GET? NOW I CAN UNDERSTAND SERVICE VIA DELIVERY AND Customer service email IS NO DIFFERENT AT ALL. Read moreI was there with my friend last Wednesday. The lobby was very dirty. Floors with a lot of used napkins and food on the floor, and the serving tables (I had to wipe ours with a paper towel and hand sanitizer). Definitely, not a healthy place to stay and eat. Sadly, a lot of seniors go there and don't complain. Me and my friend ordered drinks only...by the way the cashier saw us standing around for a while and didn't take our order until I asked her which of the boxes was open....... Once we got our drinks we went to sit down. After a while, the place emptied out and a girl came up to us and asked us to lift our legs so she could sweep under the table. She looked at us as if we were the ones making a mess, when in fact the restaurant had been dirty since we arrived.

Read moreI and my wife love TimH, esp TeaDD. My wife know the opening and closing time of each TimH in Charlottetown. Today, before her night shift, we stopped by TH at 435 University Avenue, Charlottetown intended to buying 2x TDD large for me and her covering her late night shift. First at all, we stop at the ordering console, nobody contact or atleast tried to contact, we stay and talk "Hello, hello" 2 or 3 time into the console before a lady comeup with very hastle voice. I asked for the TeaDD order, she just said "I don't have it" and hung up we ended up confusing ourselft for another minute until realized that we were ghosted ?!??
