A&W Canada — Restaurant in Chestermere

I cannot understand what is happening at Chestermere A&W. It's almost as though they are going out of their way to get orders wrong. 2 weeks ago I wanted a sausage and cheese breakfast sandwich. I thought it was obvious that this would be on an English muffin - as this is what is shown on the online menu. My husband came home with a sausage and egg breakfast sandwich on a hamburger bun. What the hell. Having it on the bun proved unpleasant and as a result I didn't eat it. Today I sent my husband out again, this time with very specific instructions he could not mess up - a sausage and cheese sandwich on an English muffin. He came home with not one, but 2 sandwiches that were JUST egg!!! I can't understand how A&W is screwing orders up this bad. Are you purposefully serving the wrong food? Tried to call but you don't answer your phone....

We know have to pay for syrup with our breakfast! Since when do you have to pay for condiments?

When are the news papers coming back? Always nice to read the news wile you eat your breakfast. Ordered the all Canadian Breakfast, did not get the sausages, hash browns or tomatoes. Why does this location not have newspapers to read while you eat your food? They did sometime ago. That was the best part of going to A&W. Told server, she then comes back and wants more money for there screw up. I told them I just want my money back. They should have just given me the breakfast I had ordered to keep a customer. The food was old and cold. The onion rings had no seasoning on them. The burger had congealed cheese on it, the heart of the lettuce no leafy parts, and the patty was dried out. When I asked for new onion rings they gave me the old, cold ones back with tons of seasoning just dumped on parts of the onion rings. $38 wasted, and $38 for 2 teen burger combos with onion rings is outrageous considering the quality of the food wasn't there. The store was also a mess, food and napkins all over the floor when you walk in. Won't ever be going back to this location, save your $$ or better yet spend $10-20 more and get real, decent food at...
