I only ever go through the drive-thru, but every time I pull up, I’m met with a level of care and kindness that’s incredibly rare these days. Kiran isn’t the manager—just the drive-thru supervisor—but you’d never know it by the way she carries herself. Her presence is steady, kind, and warm. Even through a headset and a drive-thru window, she manages to make people feel seen.
There was a day not long ago when I came through after a truly hard moment in my life. I hadn’t said anything to anyone, but somehow Kiran knew. She took a moment—despite being busy—to check on me, to ask if I was okay. That simple gesture, that pause, meant the world to me. It reminded me that goodness still exists in this world. That people still care. And that sometimes, it’s the smallest moments of kindness—offered without fanfare—that stay with us the longest.
The energy at this location has completely changed in the past few months, and it’s clear that owner Andrew has played a huge role in that. He’s helped turn this place around with leadership that values people—both staff and customers. You can feel the difference. Orders are quicker, friendlier, and more accurate, but more than that, there’s a warmth in the service that you don’t usually expect from a coffee stop.
To Kiran: thank you for being the heart of that drive-thru window. You’ve made more of an impact than you know. And to Andrew and the team: thank you for creating a space where kindness, connection, and genuine care still matter.
This Tim Hortons has become more than just a regular coffee run for me. It’s a small source of light in my day—and I’m so...
Read moreBelow is my review from 2 years ago. Today I had an incident where my double double had no sugar in it. Frustrated I wrote them an email and just now got off two phone calls from upper management where they discussed the possible scenarios of what may and have happened this morning. I was told that they are working on developing their staff and the focus is on speed and accuracy. The fact that they took their time to reach out means everything to me after years of struggling for any feedback. Updating my review to 4/5 stars.
I order the same double double every single day. They are so bad with stirring it that 7/10 times it's not stirred at all. I have tried asking them "stirred well please" they acknowledge it but still pass you unstirred orders all the time. Infact I started writing this review because I am dealing with an unstirred cup of tea. I have gone back a few times to be like this isn't stirred, they handed me a flimsy stir stick and staff gives you attitude like you are making their lives harder by simply asking for what you paid for. It's happens throughout different Tims very frequently I just happen to go to this one a lot as it's my only real option in Chestermere. I really hope Tim Hortons can take the initiative to get staff to...
Read moreI come here every morning for a coffee I order through the mobile app. And every morning, my Extra Large Double Double is always different. Every. Single. Morning. It's like my new little surprise to see what my coffee will taste like this time.
Like, surely this is the most ordered item, right? So why is it different every single time I order it?
Sometimes, the beans are burnt, and sometimes, there's like a pinch of sugar. Sometimes, there's too much sugar. And sometimes it's just watery.
I'd say in a month I maybe get a proper good tasting coffee once every 2 weeks. And yet some how I'm suckered into this game of chance to see if I'll win the Double Double jackpot today or not.
Please figure out some sort of way to make your coffee consistent. McDonald's has buttons to add the exact amounts every time, are they not doing that too? Frustrating...
Oh, also, their garbages are always packed solid, I get this place is probably stupid busy, but I've been in at like 7 pm... full garbage, what the heck?
Service is fast and great though, saw a customer once get a $5 gift card after ordering like 10 coffees in one order. I'll give them...
