If you bring in your personal cup that won't rinse it for you . There sinks are useless when it comes to pressure in taps and also have very slow drainage which makes it disgusting for the next person as well because the water hasn't drained completely you want lots of strong pressure and good drainage but that problem bever gets fixed professionally. The music is loud the people are loud as well as the kids and staff hears it and does nothing about it. The music which is not that great is not for the workers enjoyment it's for the public so better calmer music is needed whether the manager is there or not.. The toilet user needs to watched more frequently so it doesn't run out which I have told a few times and I have done that and waited one time and it them 45mins no.kidding to replace it it was my own observation on how long it would take I was surprised and so was the manager when I told them but it still happens . The floors need to be swept more often when there is kids and popcorn and such . Some of the staff feel very restricted with the new rules like you can't have any water amd have to buy something if you want a bit of cool or hot water . The taking away of the lactose free milk was rediculous because I am lactose intolerant and now the only thing that tastes Half decent is the oat milk and the prices are getting more expensive and unreasonable and yet they want the public to pay high unreasonable prices example a matcha green tea latte is 6.25 for a grande size and they give the customer a hard time about how how hot the drink.should be, if the customer wants it hotter because of travel or what ever reason, much hotter is the customers choice 190 is not too bad for hotness . Ā Ā Ā Read moreUsually exceptional service, but lately Iām not sure if itās new staff or not, but went through a drive thru to order one drink, the service at the drive thru wasnāt great, they handed me the wrong drink and didnāt realize till I got home, since I had the green stopper in, so I went back to get the correct drink, mistakes happen.
I walk in and thereās 2 workers who couldnāt bother acknowledging my entrance, I tell them I ordered this but got this wrong drink and handed it to them, the guy making the drinks refused to look at me or even respond to my request, he looked as if I was bothering him to make me a drink- as if thatās his job, and would not acknowledge that I kept asking for almond milk- like are lactose intolerant people not allowed to ask for that one single substitute.
The other girl didnāt even apologize, just blamed the drive thru girl, she said āoh she knew she handed you the wrong drink right after and was hoping youād come backā that was it, no apologies for the inconvenience, and if she āknewā she could have tried to wave her hand through the window and try to get my attention, honestly I used to love this place and went here for drinks and came to work in the shop on my laptop- but their service is just AWFUL, the food is STALE and now they have better then thou attitudes where when I pay for a service and expect what I paid for it feels like Iām bothering them - itās so much better to drive the extra 5 minutes to east hills for the friendlier service - what an awful experience canāt imagine what happens when thereās actually more then 2 customers in line....

It was at least drinkable, but not great. I have tried the same drink since that time from other locations; it tastes fine. I notified the acting manager, who assured me the problem would be resolved so I gave them a 3rd chance. No improvement and paid for a stale piece of pumpkin loaf as well. The manager obliged my request for a refund, but in processing the credit card transaction "the system" charged me again so a double refund was processed, but for less than I paid because "the system" penny rounded. Penny rounding was then explained to me, lacking the part about it only being for cash. It seemed a satisfactory answer for Starbucks, but was not for me. While it is only a penny, it is my penny and I wanted it. It was clear the Starbucks employee had no idea what to do - blank look and no words. I offered the option of refunding my penny or giving me a nickel to call it even. 4 cents richer. Time...
