Subway — Restaurant in Chestermere

I come here somewhat regularly, and can confidently leave a review for it. This subway is just fine. The staff, I agree, are not very friendly. It is especially hard to hear them, especially with masks and the barriers between us. The quality of ingredients is ok, but they for sure skimp out on toppings, depending who you get making your sandwich. They are always busy whenever i go there, but they never seem to have things working for people who have placed orders online, or who have coupons. I always overhear it being almost a fight to use a coupon. Overall, it's subway and its tasty, but I do also hope for a new subway location in the new development in the west side...

I love subway but this one is pretty terrible. I used to order online for pick up but stopped because the veggies added to the sandwich were disgusting (slimy spinach, old brown lettuce etc etc) so tried going back to order in person so I could see the veggies they were putting on (still not great- had to skip some of my favorites because of how gross they looked) and the man (assuming manager) was just rude and condescending the whole time. Haven't encountered such poor customer service in a long time- I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone. On a side note, the woman working there was very pleasant and sweet. I feel bad for her to be surrounded by a jerk like...

Poor staff, unfriendly service, got my order wrong, and the staff complained that I asked for a salad with too many veggies. The salad I asked for consisted only of spinach, lettuce, and tomatoes. The staff, who I assume is the manager/owner if he knows and cares about pricing and logistics said "Get less veggies they're expensive right now". Did he actually expect me to ask for just only one type of vegetable for my salad and just have a container full of spinach😑Subway is great and usually has great quality service, but I'm never going back to this...
