They rarely get the order right. When you're in the drive-thru, they take their sweet time taking your order and making sure they don't have too many people piling up so their time isn't long. This is very frustrating because when you get up to the window to get your order they are rushing you before you have even paid. There's two of them shoving your order into your face. This is not customer service.. I understand they want to serve customers efficiently and quickly but this is ridiculous.
