They rarely get the order right. When you're in the drive-thru, they take their sweet time taking your order and making sure they don't have too many people piling up so their time isn't long. This is very frustrating because when you get up to the window to get your order they are rushing you before you have even paid. There's two of them shoving your order into your face. This is not customer service.. I understand they want to serve customers efficiently and quickly but this is ridiculous. I’ve been to this location three times, the first time we got the chicken wrap with the slow cooked chicken and it was awful. Suggesting slow cook chicken instead of the crispy chicken and a wrap is not a good offer. The second time I went, they forgot something in our bag so when I went back and no one would address me standing there to try and ask for the item, when I did they seemed very put out by me while they tended to the drive-through. My mom order me a farmers wrap. We ordered quite a lot because most of our family were with us. When i took a bite i found a long strand of hair in my wrap. It took us 25 minutes to get all of our food,so my mom went inside to get everything else. Turns out they forgot about the food and just started making it.
