BEST FREAKING COOKIE IN THE FRASER VALLEY.

Amble has really outdone themselves with the physical location. First of all it’s beautiful, the atmosphere in there is so inviting and the new food menu? Don’t even get me started. The sandwiches are well thought out with the perfect measurements of ingredients. My wife and I have tried three of them on the menu so far, they don’t miss. The baked goods are on another level and the perfect thing to grab if you are rolling in with the craving (which I have regularly). My personal favourite, is the chocolate chip cookie, can’t think of a better one in the Fraser valley! They built their name on coffee so I’ll let that one speak for itself.

They are open 8 till 8 so grab some fresh orange juice at 8am, then a sandwich at noon, and a decaf latte at 8pm and hit the trifecta.

All in all, if you’re looking for a spot to enjoy some good food, have a cup of coffee, eat in, or grab and go I can’t recommend...

Amble is our favourite coffee shop in Chilliwack! They are so consistently good at what they do, and we are always impressed and very happy with the service and coffee. Excellent pastry options with one vegan scone option, which is delicious! They also have sandwiches, but no vegan savoury food options as of August 2024. The baristas here are amazing and go above and beyond- clearly they are experts in coffee and they really do things properly here! My favourites are the Honey latte with oat milk and their Matcha! So delicious. My only suggestion would be that I would love to see one or two more plant based options- one savory food option perhaps and a few more types of plant milk other than oat would be so appreciated by those of us who are vegan and dairy free…! But in all honesty I cannot complain about this place because they are seriously awesome and I love the vibe and ethos of this coffee shop. Amazing job to all...

I recently visited Amble Coffee for the first time, and I have to say, it was an amazing experience. The coffee was absolutely fantastic—rich, flavorful, and perfectly brewed. The vibe of the café was incredible, with a cozy, welcoming atmosphere that made it the perfect place to unwind. It was especially nice to enjoy my coffee while watching the rain outside—it really added to the charm of the visit.

The only suggestion I would have for Ambu Coffee is to consider adding some gluten-free options to their menu, like a gluten-free focaccia sandwich or other savoury or sweet treats. That would make the experience even better for those with dietary restrictions. Overall, I had a wonderful time .
