Vedder Bridge — Local services in Chilliwack

A very beautiful bridge. In fact, since the first Veeder Bridge was built in 1879, there have been seven Veeder Bridges, each located near where the bridge stands today. The eighth bridge was completed in December 2017. The Vedder Bridge Replacement Project was recognized with the following awards:

2018 Canadian Design-Build Institute (CDBI) Design-Build Award of Excellence in the major structural project category presented to City of Chilliwack and Emil Anderson Construction.

This is one of the best parks in Chilliwack, if not the best. There are 2 play structures for young kids and older kids. The trail is a gorgeous walk or run or bike ride as well!
