I went in with my girlfriend to get an iced Matcha and an iced white mocha. Both drinks were made hot, even though the screen clearly read iced. when my girlfriends matcha was made hot, we asked her to remake it and told her that both of the drinks were iced. And then when my white mocha was made hot, she did not offer to remake it, and just stood there and said sorry, while cleaning the machine. I am very disappointed that this girl didn’t know how to read the screen or even offer to remake either without being told to do so. i am already paying so much for drinks I should be able to get the drink I ordered without asking multiple times. i didn’t even want my white mocha remade but i should’ve because the milk wasn’t temperatured properly so it was scalding and tasted burnt when i was able to finally drink it. so i went to starbucks instead, where they know how to...

I’m not one to leave reviews but I come in on fridays and saturdays, and the girls aren’t very welcoming. One of the girls just stood at the till and didn’t say anything :\ No welcome, good afternoon, or “how can I help you” and I asked politely for an iced matcha latte. She didn’t ask if it was on debit or with cash and just put the machine out and walked away. I had also asked for the taller option as I’m still new and don’t know the sizes and after realized I was given the standard size. Which was okay, I took it anyways. She didn’t ask about sweetener either. Just really cold and didn’t say a word. Which kinda sucks because I really want to like Waves. Good...

I went there one evening they close at 7 I believe I went in at 630 they said they were closed and they have cleaned up already. Went in today very rude associates this the second time I was spoke to rudely by the young associates Maybe you should teach you employees manners and respect. I have worked in the industry and I know customers are not always right but when a person asks a question answer nicely and not rudely (like yes this it yours it’s sitting right there chuckling and mumbling) I said he said it was something and the girl said I said it’s urs.
