That was the worst experience I have had at dominos.. first it said 13 minutes. I got there and it said 4 minutes left so I asked the man if he can bring it out to my car as my daughter is in there. He gave me a look and was like you can't wait until it's ready? I'm like can you bring it to the car? I will pay now. He was so annoyed with me and as I was paying he was talking in Punjabi to someone and had no care for me what so ever. After 10 minutes I went back inside and asked if it's ready? He said no it's not. I'm like ok but it said 4 minutes 10 minutes ago? He said it's not ready! I will tell you when it's ready!! So I walked away and told my husband how rude he was to me. We waited ANOTHER 10 minutes and then I asked my husband to go inside because I didn't even want to be around that man. When my husband came out he said you just wanted me to pay didn't you? I'm like what are you talking about I already paid? Here is the receipt! He's like well no they told me I had to pay! So we went back inside and the guy was like no you have to pay! I'm like what are you talking about you just made me pay 15 minutes ago here is my receipt and my bank account! $30.70. He's like no you have to pay I'm like what the hell?? Refund us you just made us both pay! You literally just made me pay do you not remember me? Read moreOrdered 2 pizzas, wings and a pop and pre paid with credit card. Was watching the tracker on my phone and it said "delivered, enjoy your meal". It wasn't delivered, took almost 20 minutes after it said it was delivered. Mind you this was already way later then their expected delivery arrival. Called to ask where the pizzas were. They said it was on the way. Delivery driver shows up 10 minutes later missing a pizza.. I tell the driver he's missing one and says he'll come back in 10-15 min. I call back 15-20 after the first original delivery asking about the missing pizza. They guy was very rude telling me he's going to check. He says "it's on the way.." 10 min later still no pizza. I call back a male answers and i explain the situation and ask to speak to a manager. He says you can talk to me. So I ask him "where is this pizza at? I made this order 2 hours ago". No answer for that and he hangs up. So I call again and a female picks up and tell her I just got hung up on the phone. I again explain myself and at this point am so frustrated at this customer service. No one can explain how the pizza disappeared. Read moreMy son was stolen 6 years ago so I need the little things in life like pizza for my bday. We ordered by phone and stated to deliver to the PUB NOT THE GRIL. I realized my friend had not got the deal advertised. I called to find out why, so they don't understand that Hawaiian=ham and pineapple and they wanted to charge more for extra cheese that we didn't ask for. I had to argue to get the price corrected. The driver went to the GRILL NOT THE PUB bc either someone can't write down directions or the driver can't read. I was then blamed bc my friend working in a busy pub didn't hear to answer her phone. WE GAVE CLEAR DIRECTION. This took over 2 hours of arguing for the second driver to make the same mistake and then when he finally came in the pub he brought us the wrong order not once BUT TWICE. I was still charged for COLD GROSS PIZZA AND MY BDAY WAS RUINED. ALL I WANTED WAS PIZZA AND THAT IS THE BUSINESS THEY ARE IN AND YET THEY COULDN'T DELIVER. Me and my friends spent hours starving and arguing with people who couldn't get the order right or find the pub, yet they kept lying and saying it's on the way.
