Elevated Pizza — Restaurant in Chilliwack

Yesterday night I went to buy a pizza and I got my hand almost hit by the pizza maker. Horrible and aggressive atmosphere.

I ordered a pizza and while I waited for the cashier, she asked me to come back in 30 min and I waited outside.

When I returned, they had the store closed and another customer told me to knock at the window. I knocked and asked about my pizza and the pizza maker didn’t reply, just turned around. I saw a pizza coming and he yelled another name (I thought it was mine). Then he told me to “stay away from the window”. Then I came to him and asked about my pizza and he yelled “it’s coming!”.

When he finally called my name I got the pizza and then I told him to pay more attention how he talks to people and to be more polite with the customers. I was just expecting a “sorry”, but he started arguing with me. I insisted that he couldn’t talk to me like that and then smiling he said “bye bye” and closed the window, almost hitting my hand (I had to move quickly).

In summary, the pizza is good but I would recommend the Farmhouse, it’s same style, same price, really good taste and the customer service is amazing! Definitely I won’t return to Elevated Pizza.

Downtown Chilliwack 1881 is an amazing initiative and has many nice restaurants/stores. We have been really well treated there, high level of customer service at Fortitude, Azurre and Bow and Stern. Except Elevated Pizza.

Chilliwack is becoming a bigger city and many people are coming to work and live here. This guy is clearly a person that doesn’t understand how Chilliwack is. We need to protect the city and fight to keep it nice and pleasant, since I believe these are the reasons why we decided...

The owner is super rude and insulting. I entered the store with family and asked a simple question, if it’s only take out or if they have any seating options upstairs. He replied by saying you can sit on the floor. And then when I said it’s not funny and I do not like your humour. To that he snapped back and said, “I can put a chair for you on top of the oven”. And I was like I am here to give you business and you don’t have to be rude. On that he called me names and got very rude and said if I am stupid and asking silly questions.

The girl at the counter was apologetic and even felt sorry for the altercation. I left without having their pizza. They might have the best pizza in the world but this establishment doesn’t have the basic respect and courtesy for the customer that walks in the door. Point is why? It costs nothing to be nice and smile and give a warm welcome to the person who is walking in the door. I may be just one customer and may not affect your business but I really hope others who felt the same way and were treated by you in such a insulting and disrespectful manner take note and tell others not to visit your pizza place and give business to you. First off great location in Chilliwack. They picked the right spot. Now! For the real story.

Yuk! My kids don't usually complain but they said lets order from the over place next time dad. Better options in Chilliwack! Cheap garbage! Soggy pizza delivered to the wrong house and 30 min late. Yes this is not the fault of elevated. We ordered fresh mozzarella, we didn't see any of that. Look at pics. We ordered extra mozzrella cheese on the other pizza, There was basic toppings , just not done well. Also there were big black bubbles on every pizza and almost all ingredients were in the middle. Not a professionally made pizza. A fake Italian pizza shop. The basil was sparse, just a few leaves placed on a couple slices randomly. Look at pics , not just my photos but others.What a let down for a semi highly rated place. Not the review I was hoping to give.

Now , the owners response was that apparently I'm a liar. Great customer service! Not at all 😂 I thought maybe they had a bad night. It happens! They had a terrible response. So rude.
