Going to start with the fact that my family and I have generally enjoyed pizza from Jim's. But the visit tonight seriously cost them any future business from anyone related to me period! I ordered 2for1 XL pizzas tonight and figured it should have come to around 50$ - 60$ tax in tops. I'm absolutely blown away when the kid behind the counter tells me 73.30$ which works out to exactly 31.65$ more than the 2for1 large pizza's of the exact same kind. Me and my wife have tried to find some reasonable explanation as to why the 2for1 - 14" pizza we bought about a month ago (same jims location) worked out to 41.65$ and the 2for1 - 16" pizzas worked out to 73.30$ That's exactly 31.65$ difference for pizza's that are 2" bigger, it's not like they used more dough to make them because the large pizza's aren't thin crust, and the XL's were definitely thin crust(no I did not order it as thin crust). My 9 year old could barely chew the crust it was so hard/crunchy. I've had more leftovers from 2 large then these 2 XL (4 people eating) The half baked kid that was serving me was seriously useless when I asked how the heck it ended up costing such an insane amout more I got a blank look and a "I dunno dude". Last time I ever go to any jims pizza location anywhere, had the girl given me a subtotal on the phone when I ordered I would have indefinitely changed my order. I can't even believe they are charging people 30+$ more for 2 - 16"(thin crunchy crust) vs 2 - 14"(regular crust)

I'm gonna be honest, the 3 pizzas we ordered (Jim's special, Hawaiian and meat lovers) we're super tasty, barring only a few crusts that had uncooked pizza dough bubbles but that didn't bother me. I also ordered a "large" Caesar salad, I'll break that down shortly though. What did bother me though is even though I agreed to a 45-60 minute wait for pickup (which is a bit crazy), I arrived just before the full hour only to have been greeted with another 20 minute wait. I don't know why exactly the pizza production was being marred so badly to justify that wait, but what really got my gears going was the large Caesar salad I got, which came in a larger container and 4 Caesar sauce cups and 2 bacon bits. None of that did me any good though because the container was less than half empty, which truly set the tone. I'm disappointed that experience overshadowed how good the pizza is, because I do like Jim's a lot. However in my personal opinion, if you're going to sell salads, don't sell THAT salad. I'll take some time before I order again, but not all hope is lost and I just want you let you know that.

This old mainstay of Sardis is definitely showing its age but in a charming way. Outside and inside its old and tired, dark and cramped but is meant as a pick up and go location so that's expected. I had a large vegetarian on a tuesday afternoon. Quality and quantity for the money, fair. Not mind blowing or great, but fair. The crust, a bit thin, a bit dry and bready, but not near as bad as a panago crust. It wasn't bad. But it wasn't superb. Generous toppings and cheese amounts. Overall flavour, good. Service was great. All younger girls staffing it and honestly they did a bang up job as assembly, prep, and cook level goes. Great service. Friendly, fast, and smiling always all of them. I'll definitely be back. It's definitely the best pizza I've found in Chilliwack and Sardis forsure. Though it's not in my top 10 of pizza places ever, it's still pretty gosh darn good, dag Gummit!!

Two days before Xmas. Im tired, sore and had a rough week, I didnt feel like cooking and was really looking forward to pizza. Last time I ordered, they overcooked my pizza and it was very dark and crunchy. So this time I asked to see the pizza, politely mind you, and proceeded to explain why. I said when it is over cooked the crust is hard and brown and barely edible. The young teen age girl(?) serving me didnt even respond, or look at me. I said you dont seem to be listening to me, or even care what I am saying. Her response was "Im just trying to get your change, and we have no control over the temperature of the oven". There were several other young girls in the store at this time, all by now paying attention but no adults to be seen. None of them spoke up or offered any assistance to her or me. Needless to say I was not impressed, and even though i took the pizzas, they too were over cooked. I have been a customer for many many years, even cooked for them when i was younger, so i know what is acceptable and what isnt. If i wasnt so tired and hungry, I would have told her i aint buying those pizzas and might not buy...

Not happy with the service we received tonight at all.

Drove out to Chilliwack because I needed to be somewhere by 10pm, so we called in at 9:18 and placed an order for 2 small pizzas. The girl on the phone was barely responsive and we had to ask three times if she was there, and if she got what we were saying. We were told it would be 15-20 minutes. We waited 25-30 minutes then went in and asked if it was ready. The girl told us it would be 3-5 more minutes as it was in the oven. At around 9:57 we went back to the door thinking our food would be ready, and were told the order wasn’t even started as it had been lost. The man asked if we had called the right number (which we had), then offered to make us a pizza free of charge but as we had already told them, I was supposed to be somewhere by 10pm and was already late now, so there was no way I could wait another 15-40 minutes for two small pizzas.

It was our first time ever trying Jim’s, and after reading all the wonderful reviews we were looking forward to it. It definitely ruined our night. Now I won’t have a chance to have dinner before a...
