Mary Brown's Chicken — Restaurant in Chilliwack

I ordered the batters box and 3 piece chicken strips combo, they served me in under 5 minutes (normally takes about 15 minutes or so). Chicken pieces were extremely dry and covered with old grease and potato Wedges were undercooked and biscuits were doughy in the middle. The chicken fingers were extremely small and so overcooked The texture was like Jerky.

I am so disappointed, Mary browns was my favorite but I won’t be returning to Garrison location.

The only good thing is the service, the girl behind the counter was very friendly and polite.

Update: just a heads up that I received a response to this review, asking me to contact them because they would like more information because It’s not their standards,. I emailed them and didn’t get a single response.

Went to a Mary Browns (Vedder location) for the first time, ordered a 2 piece dinner and a 3 piece substituted fries instead of tots in both meals. Got home opened the bag and got one 2 piece dinner with tots and an extra large side of tots (no chicken). When I called back I was apparently an inconvenience to them by receiving the wrong order and if I was to drive the 15 minutes back to them they'd throw in a couple extra pieces of chicken (No name or contact info or any real corrective action on their part). I do believe this was a case where they could do whatever they had to do to send us a correct order.... if a customer can order skip the dishes I'm pretty sure they could have done that in reverse from there end to correct there screw up...... I guess the new Church's in the same neighborhood just gained a...

Wow! What can I say, their customer service is absolutely amazing, they were beyond accommodating, they treated us like royalty lol, as if we were in a fine dining restaurant, they continued to check on every person in our party and offering anything we needed, the service was excellent and in a very timely manner. The food was enjoyable, the only thing I thought my chicken was just a bit to oily.. but everything else that was ordered was great with no complaints. We would go out of our way to enjoy this dinning experience anytime.. the staff was so friendly they certainly go above and beyond I'm so happy to see this high quality of customer service is still alive.. thank you all for the wonderful experience. Your such a pleasurable atmosphere and people :)...
