Burger King — Restaurant in City of Langley

This is the second time I've had an issue at this location. I made an order 45 minutes before it was meant for pick up/delivery.

I work in mission so I order my food early. When I got there my food was not ready. I was told that it doesn't show up until they press the button on the register even though I had already paid with the app. They asked me to pull around the corner to save their timer schedule.

This is the second time in the history of me being a Burger King, customer and asking for a refund or some type of Generosity because this has been ridiculous. I ordered almost $30 worth of food and I was asked to pull around the corner after I had ordered 45 minutes prior. I am not somebody who's trying to get a free meal.

Online BK service offered me 8000 crowns which isn't enough enough to cover a poutine. They said being asked to pull around wasn't acceptable and they would message the restaurant. Well if you are that restaurant and want to make things right, contact me.

A small piece of additional information, the only time I ever complained about this location was when I saw a giant rat in the bush right outside the pickup window. They said, oh yea, they're always there. Nice and sanitary near a restaurant...

I come here rather frequently and take advantage of several of the deals (2 sandwiches for $7 mix & match, King Meal Deal $5) as they are cheap and filling work lunches. I typically go through the drive through, and rather frequently there is a young Asian gentleman working that window. Any time he is the one to serve me, my order is always perfect, the service is always swift and ultra-friendly, and I genuinely enjoy my experience. Unfortunately, it seems that any time I am being served by one of the young women there, the experience is god awful. Frequent order mess-ups (I always ask for no ice and they always forget unless it is that young gentleman working, forget to put mayo or napkins in the bag despite being asked, etc.), blatantly unfriendly service, literally having conversations in other languages while I'm trying to talk to them and being forced to repeat myself as an adult, it almost feels as bad as the Willowbrook Tim Hortons unless he is working the window.

If it wasn't for that one specific employee, this review would be one star. His service is always excellent and his coworkers need to learn a thing or two from him instead of being too wrapped up in conversation or straight up not caring enough to...

I recently visited the newly renovated Burger King and I have to say, the upgrade is impressive. From the moment I walked in, the space felt cleaner, more modern, and way more inviting than before. They’ve gone for a sleek, minimalistic design with updated seating, digital ordering kiosks, and plenty of outlets for charging devices — perfect for a quick lunch or a casual spot to hang out.

The service was noticeably faster, likely thanks to the new layout and tech improvements. My order was accurate, fresh, and served with a smile. I tried the Whopper meal, and the fries were hot and crispy exactly how they should be.

One standout feature is the new self-serve drink station with a variety of soda and flavor options. Plus, the restrooms were spotless, which says a lot about how seriously they’re taking cleanliness now.
