Email sent to management which has been ignored since Jan 12 2025. We have also discovered our change bag holding $20 is missing and this was all within a 48 hour stay only. :
I'm emailing you pics on Jan 12 a staff member entered our unit room 204 with the "do not disturb " sign placed in advance, by us.
we left our room, feeling secure, with underwear, valuables and so on. while away we realised we may have thrown out a set of cutlery for 2 lunch bento boxes (replacement worth $30-40).
we decided we would check the garbage once we got back to room 204. we opened the door realised the sign was not on.
we were horrified to walk in across the room with our private items, to a perfectly made bed and clean garbage cans.
now we have lost our chance to recover our posessions. Also, my underwear was seen with do not disturb in place. Who would dare come in, noticing that? it's a major invasion of privacy
we soon crushed 1 cocrach within the 10-15 minutes of being back as well.
sad and disappointed after being told by front desk staff that we would get help from "Fred Kumar" in the morning, we went fir a nap at 8pm. depressed, we slept til 2am and our vacation plans were washed away from us.
we go down in the morning. Fred is not there. Bob has told me the card on file was already charged. and to send this email.
Bob insisted that because we had 2 nights booked seperate, the maid thought we checked out.
I know she entered a room of personal belongings, where no one appeared checked out at all, and the do not disturb sign was clearly out.
I ask for a discount for 1 nights stay as compensation for this event. I will attach photos for evidence , as well as the photo of Bob giving me the business card Monday morning with no Fred, as he was promised to be present/helping.
and the cocroach bug
thank you for looking into this...
Read moreI recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel and I have to say, I was thoroughly impressed with the level of customer service I received. I had made an error in my online booking and mistakenly reserved a handicap access room, which was not necessary for me. However, upon arriving at the hotel, the staff quickly rectified the situation and upgraded me to a beautiful suite without any additional charge.
The suite was absolutely stunning, with all the amenities I could ask for and more. It was spacious, clean, and had a stunning view of the surrounding area. The bed was incredibly comfortable and I slept soundly throughout the night.
But what really stood out to me was the exceptional customer service provided by the hotel staff. Everyone I encountered was warm, friendly, and incredibly helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
In addition to the amazing room and service, the hotel also offered a complimentary breakfast that was delicious and had a great variety of options to choose from. It was a fantastic way to start each day of my stay.
Overall, I can confidently say that this hotel exceeded all of my expectations. The level of customer service was exceptional, and I cannot thank the staff enough for upgrading me to the suite and making my stay so enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay with top-notch...
Read moreNOT AGAIN! This is the second time we have stayed at the Days Inn, Langley and I was so disappointed to see that management did not address an issue that I was concerned with after our first stay. That issue was that handicapped parking was at times unavailable for those who were handicapped because management and staff were parking in them. I left this in a review. We went back to the Days Inn as the staff were friendly, welcoming and accommodating the rooms were clean and I was hoping that the handicapped parking problem had been rectified. But no!! While outside, this time, we saw a healthy, 20 something year old girl who we believe to be affiliated with the hotel pull into a handicapped stall. I asked her if she had a handicapped placard to which she responded no. I then asked her why she was parked in handicapped and she told me she would move her vehicle in a few minutes. We had just been talking to a handicapped gentleman who had gone for dinner and who would have no where close to park upon his return if the vehicle wasn't moved. When we expressed our concern with the front desk, we were told that she was only there for a few minutes. Several hours later, the vehicle had still not moved. Will we stay at the Days Inn again or recommend their hotel? Not likely which is really too bad as we liked the hotel and location but we can no longer support a business who has so little respect and concern for...
