Panago Pizza — Restaurant in City of Leduc

Inedible. This has to be some of the worst pizza that I've ever tried to eat. Ordered two medium pizzas, one pepperoni, one sausage, onion and mushroom.

The sauce was so sweet that it was more sugar than tomato, weirdly the "Italian" sausage also was just as sweet.

When the delivery driver handed me the pizzas, the first thought was "wow, these are hefty" and it was because the cheese was so thick measuring nearly a quarter inch thick that when you picked up a piece it failed to maintain even the smallest sense of structural integrity it just flopped, and because of the sheer amount of cheese the other toppings under them just steamed taking on the texture of a soggy sponge.

The dough had no taste, texture or chew to it.

The pizza was under baked, barely any colour on it, just enough time to melt the cheese and just heat through other toppings enough to call it "cooked".

The one redeeming aspect of this order is that it arrived quickly, under 30 minutes. Which is a feat in itself considering the store is nearly a 15 minute drive away.

Panago used to be a good upper end of a decent delivery pizza. I would rather eat a discount frozen pizza. At nearly $40 for two medium pizzas this was a regretful experience, one I do not...

Staff very rude, ignored me several times, then started yelling at me of how I was being “disrespectfull” to him. I got frustrated and did slam the counter and asked him for about the 5th time if my order, which I had already paid for, was ready. Well that got him yelling at me again and he took out his phone and took my picture (for which I posed) he finally went to check for my order then yelled he had called my name several times and I hadn’t responded. I tried to tell him that he had told me that it would be ready in 7 min. and I had been waiting in my car but he wasn’t interested in listening to that, just kept on yelling at me. I will NEVER go back...

Very disappointed in this location and very unhappy with the customer service from the manager imposter. Ordered food to which became ready after they closed and were unable to pick up ourselves. When trying to get a refund manager imposter refused and told us the costumer was in the wrong and also would not give his name proceeded to be very ignorant and then took photographs of me and my vehicle and license plate. Also they were not wearing masks while preping food which goes agents covid regulations for public health and safety.
