Pizza Hut — Restaurant in City of Leduc

Edit 2: The amount of cheese and toppings being put on these pizzas has improved drastically. My kids are so happy the pizza tastes like it used to and has the amount of cheese they love and were accustomed to having on their Pizza Hut pizzas. I bumped the stars up to 3 as things are improving! I'll revisit this review after a few more orders.

Edit 1: In addition to below, my kids had convinced me to try this location again just recently. When picking up the pizza I took a look before paying and as had been the case previously there was barely any cheese on the "cheese" pizza. I spoke up about the quality and they made a new pizza for us with the proper amount of cheese. We have since ordered a few more times and they appear to be putting enough cheese on these pizzas now, with the exception of one time. Star rating increased to 2 pending further pizza orders to see if they have indeed changed this practice. For pickup/takeout orders I now only tip for the cook if the pizza looks to have been prepared "right".

Original Review: I'm so angry about the pizza quality. My kids and I have been ordering take-out from this location for the last 3-4 years with, no doubt, a few thousand dollars spent. They must have changed management or have new owners because their pizza quality went from great Pizza Hut standards to absolutely pathetic from a few months ago. We decided to give them one more try today, and regrettably I still even gave a tip for the cook before looking in the boxes. What a mistake. As per their new norm the pizzas again had barely any cheese. I don't care if the Leduc economy has slowed down - it doesn't mean you drop quality and continue to charge the same. You've lost a loyal customer. I will never eat here again and will instead continue to spend my money at the other great pizza places in Leduc, as will my friends and family. Please do yourself a favor and go elsewhere for your pizza. To name a few - Domino's, Pizza 73 on the discount end of things, or Leduc Diner, Zambelli's, Nitza's Pizza for the middle to high end pizzas. I cannot stress enough what garbage this Pizza Hut location is preparing and calling a pizza, and this...

I want to love it, because Pizza Hut is amazing. I'm extremely impressed with their ability to disappoint you every time you order!

Same complaints as everyone else - zero cheese and sauce, even though I always order extra; and the pizzas always seem to show up totally mangled.

When you complain, at least with our experience, they insist its your fault. The last woman said that she "cut and packaged the pizza herself and there were no issues." Well, I mean, you'd think you'd notice only 10 pepperoni pieces on a large pepperoni lovers, or the 5 shredded cheese bits, but..... apparently not.

The last time we ordered, our pizza was totally smashed and it looked like someone had been playing frisbee with it as the whole left side was caved into the middle; we provided a photo, but that was our fault (too).

I give up.

On another note, we selected cash as payment and as mentioned in some previous reviews, the driver "didnt have change" and ended up getting an 11 dollar tip when I only...

First off, this location has never used the actual online tracking which means you don't actually know when it will show up. Secondly, our order sat for an HOUR before I called and the guy who apparently made it had assumed it was for skip and didn't get it delivered. Despite it having "Delivery" and our address on the front. He was less than helpful when I called, offering a pizza (which we didn't want and had to repeat several times) before I said send us a Sprite - he sent pepsi. Wrong dips were included, but at least he remade the food. Not impressed at all that we had to call to chase down our lunch or that he sat and stared at it for an hour without actually thinking on it. The different guy who delivered was very apologetic and kind however, and came quick once the food was remade. So this single star is not for him, he deserves the tip that was PREPAID. I wish they didn't jack up their prices for Skipthedishes, because that seems to be the only reliable way...
