Edo Japan — Restaurant in City of Spruce Grove

I eat at Edo Japan daily and I eat at a location thats near me when it's meal time! Yesterday I picked spruce grove location everything was fine till I'm guessing it was the owner he was walking around asking every person who was eating how was there meals .when he came to my table and asked how my meal was ,I then replied it was OK. He then walked away repeating what I just said and had disappointed look on his face and he was shaking his head like I insulated his 5 star restaurant.....for starters not everybody who eat at restaurants like too be bother about their meal especially how it is tasting or even to be distributed while eating ..its a fast food restaurant the meals are Generic and all the restaurants have the same menu.. I order the Beef and Chicken Yakisoba from Edo Japan in Spruce Grove every month or two as a treat. I get extra sauce which comes on the side so I need to mix it in, I use a glass bowl to do that. Today I ordered but it came in a different delivery container and only filled the mixing bowl 2/3 what it normally would while also being a bit more expensive.

It was still 10/10 on taste but if the portion size dropped to 2/3 while also being more expensive that's around a 50% increase in price per serving. I'll try it again in a month or so and hope it was a one off but if this holds true I won't be...

As far as fast food places go, this is great!! Came here to leave a review because I was impressed when I ran in to pick up a mobile order I had put in. The floors were freshly mopped, it was clean, the food was prepped quicker than the online/mobile estimate, and the staff seemed like genuinely good folks. They obviously work hard, even when the store was dead quiet after the rush. Probably going to be my new fast food joint. Not basing my stars on the sushi, it's FAST FOOD.
