Without question, art is subjective; however, there's simply no arguing against what is on display in the attached photos as anything but culinary art. From the classic design on the box (pizza box art IS art, I don't care!) that evokes memories of pizza parlours past to the literally picture-perfect pie inside (just look at the symmetrical topping placement!), it's obvious that the owners & employees at Al's care about the product they offer. Al's is "that" place: you know, the one you hear about if you're an out-of-towner; the "Mom & Pop"-shop that you boast about to any family/friends who have the misfortune of not living close to. Super-friendly staff, perfectly-seasoned sauce, mild yet flavourful pepperoni, generous (and delicious) cheese distribution that puts the chains to shame and light, fresh dough; this is my family's go-to pizza place and should be yours as well. It's always cooked golden-brown and delivered quickly & free of charge(!). Supporting local is always good; when the pizza is on THIS level, it's a downright no-brainer. Thanks, everyone on Al's Team - see you tomorrow!!!

(Hell yes! Thanks very much) this is my comments when I left a 5 star review years ago. Something major has changed with this place. The quality is not even close to what it used to be. The service isn't nearly as good either. That is heartbreaking because Al's was my absolute favorite and wouldn't order from anywhere else. However this is my last order. My pizza was really late and as well done as possible, almost burnt, which I did not ask for well done. The extra cheese must still be back at the store, when I lifted the box I could tell it was about half the weight it used to be. I guess all good things must come to an end. Good bye Al's pizza, it was awesome at one time but no longer worth ordering. Update... I made 1 more order to see if things are really this bad...and they are... We have moved down from 5 stars to 1... I would put zero stars if it was possible.. New owner has screwed up a once wonderful business... GET BENT!

Worst pizza ever! We just moved to the area, staying at the Comfort Inn down the road. We are starving so wanted fast delivery, Google Maps said ALS Pizza only 1 minute away! Ordered by phone and they said 20 minutes for delivery. We waited 45 minutes before calling back and they said leaving now. Delivery driver arrived in a few minutes and told us they had a second order for the hotel,so he was told to wait and deliver both at once. Our pizza arrived stone cold and almost inedible. We order a “Canadian” with extra cheese. Our pizza was smothered in cheese but the crust under all that cheese did not cook properly even though the bottom was burnt! Very little pepperoni and cheese on top not cooked properly, tasted like rubber!

People don’t eat here. This is a terrible pizza place. I saw some old reviews, more likely from family and friends. I was excited to try it out. Wow, what a mistake. The place is old and tired. It was empty and the guy that took my order looked like a comic book character. Grubby, dirty, need to shave, and really nasty. The whole place looks depressing and very dirty. After I paid the nasty man went and made my pizza without washing his hands after touching the money, the cash register, his nose, etc. I was in shock. Then when the toppings container fell to the ground and he picked them up and used them on my pizza I had had enough. I nicely told him that I needed him to wash his hands and start over. He then said this is the number one pizza place in town and since it was good enough for everyone else it was good enough for me. Then he got mad and told me to leave. Now no pizza and my money was gone, but I survived and got out with my health. This is no joke, the place is terrible and so is the dirty man behind...

I’ve been going there for 12 years, and unfortunately the pizza nowadays has less cheese and less ingredients, but the issue is that the service has just gotten worse in the last two years Very disorganized Pizza nowadays has less cheese and less ingredients Today Sunday I ordered over the phone at 5:08pm, the lady said 20 minutes for pickup, I got there at 5:30pm, and it appeared my order had been forgotten I was asked to wait ten minutes The lady at the front was having a hard time managing her work I had to wait almost extra twenty minutes for my forgotten order When my order was ready, still the rude lady preferred to hang at the front looking at a piece of paper, and told me to wait more, unreal experience Finally at 5:52pm I got my very regular pizza Highly disappointed with the service Trying to support this local business but I’m simply going back to the franchise chains that at least have a more standard service and...
