This place is a joke. I called ahead 15 minutes before my order (at 8:37PM: time is relevant). The lady on the phone has very poor communication skills. I kept trying to give her my name for the order, but she kept cutting me off, talking to another person, and ended up not even grabbing my full name—awkward conversation. I go to the location 15 minutes later to pay and pick up my order. I had to wait an additional 10 minutes for my order while the workers scrambled around to finish orders. I didn’t mind waiting. They gave me my food and apologized for the wait. I drove all the way home (other side of bowmanville) sat down, opened my food: both meals are completely wrong. So, I drove all the way back. I walked in and the younger lady with glasses fully acknowledged me as I walked in, but then quickly shifted her attention to the screen. I get her attention and explain I have the wrong order. She looked at me like I had 5 heads and was blind. I reiterated my order to her, for her to give me a confused look and open my bag to check the order, while saying: “are you sure?” To which I replied: “I wouldn’t have drove all this way if it wasn’t.” The male worker then walked over to ask what happened, the female employee recalled my story but proceeded again to tell him the wrong order when recalling the story, to which I inserted myself into the conversation and corrected her and my order—she laughed. So now I’m frustrated because it’s now 9:20PM and I’m being laughed at for complaining about my wrong order. The man tried to shut down my frustrations, asked what my order was for a 3rd time, then asked me if he could upsize my 2 mediums to 2 larges, in which I refused as I simply just wanted my order. He gave me my order, a 15% coupon for my next visit (which won’t happen) and 1 brownie. I said thanks, grabbed my order, went to the car to check: everything seemed okay. I got home. Now approx. 9:40PM, opened my food to eat, only to find out the second meal to the order is still wrong....

Food was not bad. It wasn't amazing or anything but not horrible. .. however it is way overpriced for a plate of fast food.. 25.00 with a 10%tip to be exact. This was my third time here and sadly it will be my last. I'm done.. 3 times... I was unimpressed all 3 times. Also, when you go to order online, it tells you that their Chicken on the Rocks combo come to the drink, but then when you pick the drink it charges you. $2.75 for it. It's just too much work to eat here, LOL. And you don't have the choice to take it off your bill. You have to order it. You cannot complete your order without choosing a drink. It's not really a combo if it doesn't come with anything other than your actual food, LOL. The last time we order which was about four months ago when it first opened. We didn't even eat our wraps the lettuce tasted like it had been there all day. It was very very wilted and old the tomatoes same thing. . When did it throwing out our $10 pitas? When I call to let them know the gentleman told me to go in whenever I want and he'll give me a free one. But I was so disappointed that I said, I wouldn't go back. I went back today because I felt like having some chicken and rice. And it was tasty enough, but I'm very disappointed with paying $25 for a lunch plate of food. And for the amount of food, that was given. That wasn't even full. I could have gotten the regular size and I'm sure it would have been the same...
