Mr.Sub — Restaurant in Cobourg

For anyone who wants to purchase kids meals make sure you bring your children into this location or they will refuse you saying it's company policy. When I questioned how they expected people to prove they had children for delivery etc. I was met with we don't offer delivey and another associate also chimed in. I was merely asking as I thought they were joking at first. They were not rude just did not care about anything other than policy. They were already making my subs and they had a line so I ended up just purchasing the small assorted sub for myself that I ordered and paid for a small turkey that should have been a kids meal. I have reached out to Mr. Sub corporate because I have never heard of this policy before and if this location is going against corporate policy they should be made aware. I will not be going back to this location again. Also food was okay but not worth $17 for...

Had a fantastic experience here. The staff had permanent smiles painted on their face and "loaded" the toppings on both my subs.

So refreshing when compared to Subway and the restrictions they place on topping quantity. After a recent bad experience at one of their local restaurants, I'll be coming here from now on when a sub craving hits.

Only downside was that I came with a 2 for 1 coupon and it was only good for the crappy classic subs, which aren't great in my opinion. Can't knock the service staff for this, though, and I've had other varieties from this chain that...

The place was clean, and the staff were polite, but when you asked for double of something, you had to keep asking. Case in point, when I asked for double tomato, Normally it comes with four or 5 slices of tomato on it, when I asked for double the lady added one slice and I said no I want double tomatoes so she added a second slice. The person that was serving me didn't seem to know what the word "double" ment. Other than this the service was okay. So only getting four stars...
