Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Collingwood

We used to be huge supporters of this Domino’s location. Not only did we order regularly and spend good money, but we even sent customers from our own business there and helped promote them by handing out their flyers. That’s real support — and how do we get treated in return? With absolute disrespect.

The white female manager currently in charge is rude, unprofessional, and has a nasty attitude that’s driving customers away. It’s honestly disgusting how she talks to people. She’s destroying the reputation and business from the inside out.

And to make matters worse, they’ve started skimping on cheese and toppings like we wouldn’t notice. For the prices they charge, that’s unacceptable.

We’re done supporting this location. All our business — and referrals — are going to Toppers now. At least they still know how to treat people...

Dominos is great for cheap pizza. I would prefer Toppers but Dominos is better than Little Caesar's. We have ordered a few times and delivery is always fast and friendly. The crispy thin crust I don't recommend it. It is tasteless and like cardboard. I tried the regular dough and it was good hot. My nan loves the pan crust.

They don't have a large selection of veggie toppings but again for cheap pizza it hits the spot. The best thing about Dominos is the dessert. That is the main reason I order from them. I will sacrifice eating a cheap pizza to have a cookie brownie. They are SOOOOO delicious it is hard not to eat the whole 6 pieces your yourself.

Update Oct22 2019 at 9:50pm: downgrading to 1 star because yet again I ordered and got the completely wrong pizza, and I tried to call three times to have it fixed and no one is even bothering to answer the phone. Ridiculous.

*Disappointed as this is one of the many times something has been delivered incorrectly. One order came without the drink I paid for, we ordered Cinna stix once but got cheese sticks with cinnamon & sugar on top with marinara dip (gross), and now our pizzas came without any dip and we ordered 6. There's nowhere to report online, and if you call they "make a note for next time" and seem annoyed that you called, but the next time you call they have no idea what you're talking about....
