Sundays Ice Cream Parlour — Restaurant in Collingwood

Visited this cute little ice creamery by the downtown area and it gave me legit Gilmore girl vibes 🥺

We got the following to try:

Raspberry lemon lime sorbet Muskoka Mocha ice cream Mango mango slush with tapioca Brown sugar milk tea with tapioca

We got double scoops for each flavour and they were MASSIVE 😳 for a change I tried the popular fruity sorbet and actually really enjoyed it, you can also mix and match flavours but I just wanted to keep it simple 👍🏼 I tried the muskoka mocha from my friend and it was delicious 🤤 the slush was tasty and the milk tea were was good but I felt could’ve been a bit stronger in flavour! I would definitely go back for the ice cream though🍦 all their ice cream is supplied by Kawartha Dairy and Pom Pom –  two of Ontario’s premium ice cream manufacturers 💯

We were walking and chanced upon this gem of a place. Very clean and was greeted with enthusiasm. I ordered a green matcha bubble tea. I was served by the very sweet and attentive owner, and the tea was delicious! It didn’t taste at all like the typical grainy, artificial residue bubble tea you get at the mall chain style places. A place like this is why bubble tea got popular enough for chains to pop up everywhere. Though we’re only here for a few days, we’re going back for food. The owner was kind to provide her card and asked me to call 20 mins before we come by so the dim sum dishes I’m planning to order are steamed fresh and ready. I came here twice during my week-long stay in Collingwood, and I will forever be a customer when I am back in town! The bubble tea is very good, in fact i've never had such good bubble tea from anywhere else. Usually I never get boba in my tea because i've never liked it from other places, but the boba at this cafe is perfect and not hard at all. The drinks + boba are not overly sweet. The waffle + ice cream was so good, I miss it. The inside & outside of the cafe is cute and visually appealing, also very clean. It is obvious that the owners put a lot of hard work and effort into their establishment. I can't wait to try more items on the menu. You guys will be my first stop when I am back in town. See...
