Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Comox

About twice now every time we order delivery and say we will be paying with cash the delivery drivers never have a change pouch on them and then try and make it our problem. 1st time we paid cash the dude had to go back to his car and look for change, the 2nd time (that happened just now) the driver didnt even bring his change pouch and had no change what so ever then when we said we will be paying cash he asked if we can pay on card which we couldnt, if we could go down to the store and pay?? ( we dont have a vehicle right now and would have had to walk there and back) Or if we had smaller bills then continue to complain about construction apparently they didnt know about it but how could you not?? And then the driver continues to compalin about having to drive all the way around to get back to the store or if he had to go back to the store for change and come back here. Im sorry but that is a YOU PROBLEM NOT A CUSTOMER PROBLEM!!!! Your mistake that you need to take accountability for and not make it the paying customers problem. It is really embarrassing for dominos and for the delivery driver. Just be happy it was my boyfriend you dealt with and not me because you would have been giving that pizza to me for free. Completely unacceptable...

Wasn't too impressed with how things went down, literally. Paid almost double what we normally pay because there wasn't an online option and we were up here on a road trip. Mostly everything around us was closed so there wasn't much choice 😕. The kids and I were hungry so we ordered, they usually skarf pizza down like it's their last meal ever. They maybe ate 2 slices each out of 2 large pizzas. The heartburn I had was incredible in the worst sense of the word and had trouble getting to sleep hours later. Thankfully this is the only time we are eating here as we were on our Easter 🐣 long weekend trip and won't have to deal with this...

Here I am after arriving 20 minutes before close with my pockets turned out and only a PC/SprStr $25 gift card and I'm asking as I approach the counter as to if the respectable gentleman would let me talk to him just as a person not an employee for 2 seconds inquiring as to whether hed buy it for 15$ so I could spend the money at this fantastic place I assured him I would just place the card on the counter they can check to make sure it had the money on it and then they would give me 15$ of Domino's food I never even have to hold $s long story short they did not but I'm leaving with cinna sticks...
