Terrible Experience at Wendy’s Coquitlam – Unacceptable Service and Hygiene Concerns

I visited the Wendy’s in Coquitlam and ordered six pieces of nuggets, specifically requesting freshly cooked ones. I clearly communicated my request to the staff at the drive-thru. However, the two girls working at the window not only lied to me but also served cold and old nuggets. When I checked and told them the nuggets weren’t fresh, they suddenly changed their story and said if I wanted fresh ones, I would have to wait 6-8 minutes. If that was the case, why didn’t they inform me right away instead of misleading me?
After I returned the nuggets, the staff threw the bag in the garbage and asked me to park and wait. I complied and parked in front of the drive-thru window. To my utter shock, I saw the same girl retrieve the dips from the garbage bag and presumably prepare to use them again. This is absolutely unhygienic and unacceptable.
This experience left me extremely disappointed with both the service and the lack of basic food safety standards. I’ve never encountered such behavior at any fast food establishment. Wendy’s Coquitlam needs to address these issues urgently, as it reflects poorly on the brand and could pose serious health risks.

Read moreWendy's never ceases to amaze me. Every time I go, no matter the location, I've always been welcomed with excellent customer service, hot and fresh food, and leave with a smile on my face. McDonalds messes up your order 90% of the time, a&w is overpriced and wait times are insane, Burger King serves you stale food. I've never had a bad experience with Wendy's and I eat there way too often. Today for instance, I ordered a couple spicy chicken wraps but when I got to the window she said there was going to be a wait, so I decided to go without them, which I was a little disappointed because those wraps are the bomb. Seeing that I was a bit disappointed, the cashier gave me a free frosty and I left with a smile on my face! You never see customer service like that at any other fast food restaurant, not to mention I was in and out of there in under 2 minutes with some tasty, hot and fresh food. Keep up the good...
Read moreThis particular location on united boulevard was absolutely filthy we went in there to have an iced cap and they were watery so I asked them to remake it the reluctantly remained it and it was just as bad and I said you know what for almost $9 42 drinks I'd like to have segments better so did you know what I was just give us our money back and they didn't want to give us our money back even though we didn't drink it so that put a really bad taste in my mouth When we walked in they just washed the floors and there was no watch out the floors are watery On top of that they had their bucket out with their water and their water was black absolutely filthy and just made the place of dingy and gross Yes it was late at night they had no selection at all of donuts I want to say maybe 8 pieces total and there was no donuts there Everyone was miserable working there Would I go back this...
