We are all struggling with our mandated situation. Came in, masked, with a friend who is legitimately medically exempt. The lady at the back barked at her to get her mask on. Friend replied she was medically exempt, then walked about because she’s so tired of being judged and looked down on. There is a nice way to speak to your customers. How about try being nice, not confrontational. Let’s make this world a better place in the spheres we are in....

I have been to many COBS Bread Bakery locations in other provinces but this on is by far the best. The customer service is unmatched! Every time I go in here they are always smiling and ready to help. Oh and the best part is that they sometimes throw an extra treat in with your order. Management is extremely poor. Nothing but bad experiences. Dry and tough snacks here. The bread is alright, too expensive. Staff is friendly enough, always trying to sell you more, and I HATE that. (I know it's probably their job) It's a bakery, I already know what I want when I walk in. It seems like a very transactional and fake experience each and every time. I've given up hope...
