At the beginning, we ordered 6 winter throws (2 strawberries, 1 traditional 3 honey) and two cupcakes. When we paid, we only gave us 3 winter throws and two cupcakes. After the meal was served, we found that the quantity was wrong. After asking the clerk, the clerk did not actively solve the problem for us. Instead, we needed to pay $5.64 for three more winter sales. After two or three failed communications, a clerk with a higher position was replaced to serve us. Before that, because of another clerk‘s Attitude, we have begun to be a little impatient. After two more communications, we finally understood what happened. When we responded, because the voice of the answer was relatively loud when saying yes (because we finally understood what we were talking about), the female staff said that you didn’t have to speak so loudly and gave us a 🙄 ( I‘m sorry, I’ve lived in Canada for so many years. I‘ve never known that my English is so difficult to understand.) When we first placed an order, we said that we wanted 6 winter sales and explained all the flavors we needed. After repeating again, we paid again after what flavor we needed. As a result, when we got to the car, we found that we only gave us the same taste. I I am very disappointed with the result. I hope everyone...
Read moreOne should be able to order a hot coffee the same way they order an iced coffee. If I order a large coffee with 1 cream, the coffee will come with 1 cream only (no sugar added)
If I order an iced coffee, I need to specify NO SUGAR, and even when I do, there is still a 50/50 chance that it will come sweetened.
Tim Horton’s is a coffee shop. While there are numerous options for food and beverage on their menu, customers should be able to get a coffee to order, made the way they enjoy drinking it. This is not a difficult concept. Especially when the order is just 1 Cream. This is a constant issue, primarily at the location at Tamarack Mall.
The other thing I noticed is that staff preparing food do not change their gloves between orders. They will handle meat products for one order then prepare a vegetarian order with the same gloves. I am not a vegetarian, but I do not believe the cross contamination is food safe. It defeats the purpose of gloves altogether. Staff would be better off washing their hands between orders. At the very least, they should be changing their gloves — Or maybe invest in...
Read moreEdited : The next morning, we returned to the same location for breakfast before heading to the next city to the east. I bought bagels and paid for strawberry jam, then asked if they could spread the jam on the bagels. They refused, so I asked again, but was denied once more. They looked at me as if they had never received such a request before. To make matters worse, the bagels weren’t even toasted—they were chewy. The service was disappointing, especially considering the place wasn’t busy at the time.
We were traveling far far away from home and driving through the city. We had a one-night stayover and went out with a friend on Sunday, May 18th, around 8:40 pm. The service was good, and the cashier was amazing! I think she might have been Indian, but we couldn’t thank her enough. She was off at 9 pm and left, so we couldn’t find her name. We’re determined to find out who she is and express our gratitude for her kindness. She was incredibly beautiful and had the most...
