Some great food choices that feel "healthy"! Yes, I said it. Cranbrook has a great new offering and it's refreshing. Cranbrook twenty years ago, was a land of fast food enterprises. Finally the newest wave of exceptional foods are inviting a fresh take on a healthy lifestyle. DeligtFull is a great experience in both the food, selection, and service. The atmosphere leaves a bit to be desired but of all things I might find lacking, I'd rather be eating great food, at a decent price, that I didn't wait around over an hour to get. Owners willing to invest, can always make the place look better in time. It has a very cafeteria-esque vibe, but if you plan on getting take out, it doesn't much matter. A lot of options are displayed on the menu; you can build your bowl or salad by choosing between different kinds of fresh vegetables and raw proteins.

I recommend the spicy tuna bowl, it was outstanding! Served with raw shrimps as well. Sushi is also available, I couldn't try it that time but definitely, I'll be back to taste it.

Some kinds of soft drinks were available and the customer service was very nice. Another interesting point was the open kitchen; you can see how the cook is preparing your food.

Love this style of eating! Great menu, love the build your own style and that you can choose how you want to eat it (wrap, salad, rice or noodle bowl) with an awesome selection of ingredients. Prices are reasonable and definitely seem fair with the portion sizes. Only criticism would be that it seemed a bit skimpy on the protein part, the laying was weird with the noodles on top of the added ingredients, they definitely need sinage on the building as I wasn't sure what I was walking into, and the decor seems unfinished.
