Decided to go to subway today after work for dinner I ordered a cold cut dbl meat dbl cheese and toasted. They made the sandwich and I thought it looked good, then I got home took a bite and the bun was hard as a rock! So I called and told them im coming back to have my sandwich remade and he said he can give me a 6 inch... no I want my foot long that I paid for this one is inedible. So when I get to the store show them the sandwich he says this is okay.. I said okay?? How its hard as a rock! Then 2 employees proceeded to say its because of the double meat on my sub well I've been ordering this sandwich just like this for a long time i know how it should be and it shouldn't be hard as a rock! Finally remade my sandwich asked if I want it toasted i said NO YOUR TOASTET IS OBVIOUSLY BROKEN! Next time just remake the sandwich that you screwed up dont stand there making excuses. Read moreDecided I would give this location a second chance today and was quite surprised. Things looked fresh and cleaner than my previous visit. That was the good part. I proceeded to order my sandwich and there was a little communication barrier but nothing horrible. When asked about toppings was where things went wrong, I asked for a little lettuce, onion, green pepper ect... right off the start I was given too much lettuce, so I asked for it to be removed, where the "professional" took the lettuce off and placed it back into the bin. That's where I left! How many times is this done at this location and what if there was seafood cross contamination? That would've been a serious health issue that could've affected several others. Proper training and education is needed in any form of food service, also the managers excuse was of the lack of understanding properly, no excuse, that person shouldn't be on the line then. The one time they did have it i stated that they should put in a couple extra slices of meat [paper thin] for the time and trouble i had with the previous experiences just to make it right and be a little more hospitable . being told abruptly no they count each slice , the staff member said i will ask the manager. the manager pretended not to be the manager and repeated no shrugged his shoulders and walked away.
