Quesada Burritos & Tacos — Restaurant in Cranbrook

I am a regular. I go at least 2 maybe 3 times a week. I have had tacos from there Recently And they were hard tacos and by the time I got Them 2 blocks I picked them up. They fell apart.the hard taco I went into the sto. It to the lady who was e In.charged and told her. This has happened twice in the past 2 weeks. Her answer to me was next time. Get them to put the lettuce down first before the Meat. I think they should no as being the professionals. And today I ordered a burrito.I'm the young man accidentally Ripped it. But the same young lady open up the burrito, threw it on top of Another rap. Remove the old rap Added more sauce and gave it to me I was a little disappointed as a regular but she would not. At least have offered me this burrito. As compensation for the other 2 times that they were no good. I'm not one to complain when I wasn't complaining. Because I don't want to go back there. I was complaining to let them know. That maybe there's another way to do it that they don't fall apart. Nothing was offered to me. A little disappointed for customer service. Since day one. We had an amazing experience at Quesada! We tried the Beef Barbacoa Burrito and a Bowl, and honestly, the flavors were incredible, probably the best we’ve ever had anywhere. The food was fresh, delicious, and made just the way we wanted.

What really made the visit special was the customer service. A boy named with krrish helped us with our order, and he was so polite, down-to-earth, and friendly. He explained the menu in detail, gave great suggestions, and made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable.

Ordered a couple of bowls with brown rice - barbacoa beef and drunken chicken. Pretty tasty. The cashier didn't seem to be in a particularly good mood and was very frugal with the toppings - lettuce, vegetables etc. Other than that, the washrooms and dining area looked clean and the other employee was friendly, but again, not very generous with the toppings.
