Used to be a fine place, we ordered all the time for pizza nights. Last time we ordered online like normal and some woman working there called shortly after and said they didn’t have part of the deal we ordered and offered substitutions. We were fine with this and picked the substitution to which she said she’d have to charge us for each item individually then since they didn’t have the right dessert that went with the deal, thus voiding the whole thing. We said we’d opt to just have no dessert included to maintain the three pizza deal and she agreed. When my husband went to pick it up she said she decided to cancel the entire order without informing us because she couldn’t figure out how to do the deal without the dessert. The charge was not reimbursed or canceled on the card and she refused to allow him to speak to a manager to have it reversed and said it wasn’t her fault and no one was around to speak to. We are now having to escalate to corporate just to get the charge reversed.

The Cinnabon mini rolls also had no icing whatsoever. We took pictures and didn't end up consuming them. When we called the store to clarify she said that she would have to check the cameras and will call us back. A moment later she called back and said she checked the cameras and it's fine. We told her that we haven't eaten it yet and can bring it back to the store to prove that the pizza crust was wrong and that the Cinnabon rolls had no icing. She immediately started to yell and swear at us over the phone and said we will block your number and you can never order pizza here again and hung up. Manger is abusive, boss blackmails his employees to do as he says. They use scare tactics to keep people employed by them. They cut wings in half to reduce cost, they pick food off the floor, they don’t follow franchise recipes to save money, they use food after the expiry date. They terminated my mother because I left a bad review as if my mother can control what I (a 21 year old) do with my own voice and opinions. For 3 years we endured bullying, blackmailing, aggression and racism. This location is completely corrupt and disgusting. The owner should be ashamed of the way they treat people.
