I just have to say that the current staff at this location has got to be the most friendly, patient and efficient group I’ve ever encountered at a Tim Hortons!! I can’t imagine how difficult it must be at a food court location in a mall - there’s often a big line and customers are rushing and impatient. I’ve gone to this one for years, as well as all the others, but the present staff at this one are outstanding. I seem to often see two girls in particular: LOVEPREET 🥰 and MUSKAN 😍 (I asked their names). They treat customers - especially regulars (and there are many of those in a mall) like friends in a small village cafe and are always so happy, positive and accommodating. In a world where so many service staff and customers appear frustrated and depressed, seeing two girls this happy despite working such a hard job is SO inspiring! They always remember what I like ordering and and are always so welcoming and positive. On a day I was feeling stressed and down, the incredible smile from Lovespreet and how kind and happy she was just get me my silly coffee and bagel with cream cheese on the side —- totally changed my mood for the day. Her smile is like seeing the sun come out from behind a cloud.

I noticed this for a while, I feel really bad when people being treated like this. I always smile at the people in the cash or while preparing my order, all I get back is a face with a lot of hatred. Totally confused with their behavior. All I need is just a smile and small acknowledgement. Read moreI made a mobile order from mobile and my order showed 9407 but the order they received shows 9408. The staff Muskan is fighting with me like it is my mistake and she is not willing to server my order.
If she had any bit of intelligence then could understand the situation. What is the probability that a account having same name and same amount would be the very next order.
She is saying what would she do if this next person comes and also saying that she is using same app. If she is so well-versed with the app then should have known the apps problem. Like it is customer's problem that their app generated wrong number.
Instead of apologizing she is fighting with me.
All this is happening when I didn't receive my order even after 10 to 15mins. Where is her next...
