This is a review for September 21st, 2023. I came in for (what I thought would be) a quick breakfast before going to work. I walked in at 8:12am and the place was rather busy for a Thursday morning (30ish people). However, what caught my attention was the fact that there was one server serving all tables. Now, I want to personally commend Taylor, the lone server when I arrived. She was courteous, and giving her all to each table. But being only one person, it did take 28 minutes for her to get to me to take my order. Luckily another server arrived around 8:30, which helped. But in total, I was in the restaurant for over an hour for a “quick” breakfast of sausage and eggs. This comment is aimed at the general management and NOT the serving/cooking staff. It is up to you to put your servers in the best possible position to give the customers a great experience. Given what she faced this morning, I hope Taylor is rewarded for doing what she could with the situation, and for the other server (she wasn’t wearing tag at name tag at the time) who walked into a rough situation and helped get things back to running smoothly. I am satisfied with the service, but not in the lack of staff managing a morning rush. I will say though, there were no apologies from anyone for the long wait at any point, and the atmosphere of the customers in the dining room was of frustration. Read moreThe servers seem understaffed. Only 2 working and the place was packed. Our table chair had a clump of sticky greasy sauce on it, the table had open tea wrappers and some garbage still left on it. I used the womens bathroom and it was dirty, urine one the seats and the soap dispenser looked like it blew up, not kidding, it was in pieces on the counter.
There was NO FUDGE out. (Sorry I love /live for that fudge, so good)
We ordered Latte bowls, there was no foam, it tasted like hot milk. When I explained this to the server who was kindly waiting on us, she said if we wanted foam we should have ordered cappachino, they said that's what comes with foam. I near fell out my chair. They then grabbed the left over foam from the pot and poured the foam over our drinks. I'm not angry, they tried to fix it and somehow this experienced server was given wrong information. Not their fault. Where is quality control???
Oh and the fruit that was in my crepe was wrong. Again not the servers fault, they didn't tell them they were out of certain fruit.
This was a Tuesday Morning, not even the weekend.

Read moreI watched my plate of food sit under the heat lamp for 10 minutes....10 minutes!!!!! food was Cold!! We had 2 orders ..how do you not bang off both orders at the same time ??? Who hired this cook lol .Potatoes were not cooked . I'm not sure half of them even touched the heat . It was more of a dipped in oil and put on my plate . Same for the second meal too . Potatoes would have been better fresh out the ground 😆 I mentioned it to our server , she was great and took it back for a new plate . Second plate had issues with the Potatoes again. the cook was clearly struggling with the whole heat to Potato ratio. Burnt to a crisp on the outside and raw as a unpicked Potatoe out the ground on the Inside . My breakfast wrap was supposed to have fresh hot hollandaise sauce on it . They forgot it second time around . I asked for some on the side. The cup of sauce was JELLO LOL . Of course had to ask for another cup of sauce . This one was hot . OHHHH ANNNNNND the salt shaker on the table (which I sadly didn't take a picture of ) was as rusty as a old penny. The holes on the thing were blocked with RUSTY SALT inside and out.
