This location seems to be hit or miss for me, and unfortunately, the 'misses' are likely out of their control. To start though, their staff is always really friendly and efficient, which is hard to come by sometimes. I also know that this location supports a lot of local charities and that's so admirable. The team works hard on getting to know their customers by name and I really appreciate that.
Some of my frustrations- I waited in the drive thru on a very busy morning to order oatmeal, just to be told they don't sell it - despite it still being listed on the menu. I then had to sit and wait for everyone in front of me to finish before I could leave. This has happened a couple of times with other items too. I just wish there was a bit more consistency in product availability. Another is that during Smile Cookie week, I showed up at 715am (so still fairly early into the day) and ordered 2 dozen cookies, just to be told they were already out. I waited in the parking lot for 15 minutes while they decorated more. On such a busy week supporting local nonprofits, its so important to plan ahead and be ready.
Overall, I will keep going out of my way to go to this location because of the amazing team that works there. Just hope that the company (overall) can help a bit more in the product...

But it’s either they barely cook the food, or it was the left over from another order that was forgotten, making it’s so hard and overcooked it becomes impossible to chew. Got my usual order of breakfast sandwich on croissant - the egg wasn’t even cooked fully through. So there goes $8+ into the trash. Avoid getting a bagel with cheese cheese at all costs - 5+ times ordered and each time have come with so little cream cheese I have to check it was even applied. Read moreService is fine even when they are busy but the food is always hit or miss. Tried the garlic bread today and it was gross. Even hours later I am still tasting it. It was what I would think is a brioche bun with very little cheese and overly done garlic spices. Absolutely nothing like the photo. Way over priced for what it was.
