Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Dartmouth

I go to the Tim Hortons on Portland Street and everytime I go in and this lady is working I get really nervous and don't feel comfortable going in there when this certain person is working. She is always rude and never is in a good mood. It's like she's miserable every single day. I thought Tim Hortons was a place to go and buy coffee and that the staff was kind. Every other employee at this Tim Hortons is nice to the customers but she is always really cranky and I always feel like if I go to pick up my coffee as I do on a daily basis at this same Tim Hortons,if I am in line and I see her working I pray that I get called to the other counter because she makes me so uncomfortable.. I love this timmies and I will still continue to go there everyday for my daily coffee... I just feel like everytime she serves me she does not speak nicely to me at all. She shows no manners and makes it so that I don't even tip when she serves me because of the way she treats me and the other customers that I see getting orders that were behind me .. it really ruins your morning when you go to get your coffee and someone treats you like Ike you're rushed and not...

The training is going down hill in all stores not just this one.. don't get me wrong but there is a few good workers there but I am telling u the new staff u are hiring need to take some dam pride in there job.. I place my order here on a regular and over the last few months it has got more order wrong then it has right.. U ask for one thing u get some thing diff.. I've been going to this tims for a long while now every mon and Tuesday morning for my coffee and wrap...for the past week i haven't been able to access my breakfast from this tims due to the dining room being shut down @7 in the morning so i read the sign and it says that they are open for business and to please join them at the drive through ...so I walk to the end of the vehicle line and follow the traffic ...once at the window they say I'm sorry sir but we can't serve you at the drive through unless you are in a vehicle....THEN NABY YOU SHOULD BE ADVERTISING THAT ON THE SIGN AND Not TELLING PEOPLE TO MEET YOU AT THE DRIVE THROUGH....my whole point in this is how are people who don't have a vehicle suppose to get their breakfast....I work in a garbage truck..not like I can just drive through to the window...
