If -5 stars was a thing that would be exactly how I would rate this establishment after what I witnessed today. My coworker and myself entered into this location around lunch time to grab a bite and overheard/witnessed an older employee ordering a younger one to get a plunger to unclog the sink, he expressed to her that what he was looking for wasn’t there, she then told him to go to the bathroom and get the plunger from there and he told her that doing that wasn’t something that he wanted to do use to unplug the sink because it was unsanitary and the kitchen sink at that and of plain view of the customers. Long story short I then spoke up and also expressed how disgusting and unsanitary that was but she took the plunger that visibly came from the bathroom that had some small pieces toilet paper stuck to it and proceeded to plunge the sink while telling me it’s not that big of a deal because the sink would be cleaned afterwards totally disregarding the fact that there are customers present and how the consequences of this act could harm the wellbeing of their customers health.. I can only imagine the things that take place when no one is around or can’t see, with that being said I have informed a health inspector and will not be eating at this...
Read moreSeverely disappointed with the management or supervisor, whom I just dealt with at the drive-through. I went to order a medium chocolate frosty. I then went up to the window to pay and to the next window to pick up my frosty. They handed me this micro mini frosty, which I guess it’s called a junior frosty and I was taken back and I said this is what a medium looks like now and they said no, you order a junior which and I said oh there must’ve been some mistake. That’s fine. She must’ve misheard me. I’ll just take this one and go. Then the manager or supervisor pops up while I’m putting my car in gear and tells me no you absolutely did not order a medium, you ordered a junior. I know what I ordered. I didn’t even know was such thing as a junior even existed. I know what I ordered so he continued to argue with me about how I definitely ordered a junior instead of just like letting me go on my way and eat this micro mini frosty. Read moreThis must be the worst drive through staff in the city..... rushing to a meeting and needed to drop off my kids at the sitter... after ordering a 3 piece chicken strips meal I went to the pickup window. To my kids dissapointment there was just chicken strips. I asked the server why tgere was only chicken and neither French fries... He took my bag apologized went inside and returned... "I am sorry about that sir" I asked how much do i owe? He responded "no charge sir its on me" after dropping off my kids and going to a meeting for almost two hrs when i finally checked my phone its the sitter texting me yiur child was crying because he didn't get any chicken strips... not only was my child without his meal, but returning to the to the restaurant to once again buy what wasn't delivered, this clerk is gonna look me in the eye and tell me that I didn't return the previous chicken strips... he then gave me the look along with one of his co worker as though the black guy must be trying to get some free chicken... if my children didn't like Wendy's so much this would definitely be my last...
