Panago Pizza — Restaurant in Dawson Creek

Normally my fave place to get pizza as the other gf options in town are brutal. But last time we ordered, the payment "didn't go through." The driver had to call management and after about ten minutes ended up leaving with our food??? No explanation or heads up. It wasn't until we called them back and requested to speak to the manager that he came back. The manager requested we etransfer the money? Even though it came out of our account and we showed him our online banking to prove that. We refused and instead paid cash. We were told we would be refunded the 75 automatically if it turns out that the transaction did actually go through. Well it's been weeks now (bf works in camp, it was his card) and we have heard nothing and received no refund or apology or anything. Paid 150 for 75 dollars worth of food. Super disappointing as we've been ordering from panago for YEARS. Will be going to Canadian 2 for 1 from now on. The gf crust there is...

If you like dough with a little bit of topping to gently colour the pizza then this is the place for you. THIS PANAGO IS THE WORST OUT OF THE 25 I'VE TRIED AND CANT EVEN MAKE A DECENT LOYALTY AND RETENTION PIZZA. Even the free pizza they gave me to make up for the poor pizza I spent an hour on the phone with head office complaining about was poorly made and cheaply topped. Every other pizza place in Dawson puts 3 times the toppings and cheese or more on their pizza. I wouldnt order another pizza from this place not even a free one I had to pickup would be worth the gas. STAY AWAY FROM PANAGO DAWSON...

This pizza is good 90% of the time! I would recommend calling this place over any of the others. Once in awhile it'll show up half baked and if you don't have an oven that's a serious problem and pretty gross. The rest of the time it is awesome pizza and it has more toppings and better cheese than any other pizza place in the area. They also have lots of options, gluten free, all sorts of things for people who need special diets. It's quick to show up too.
